Re: New member - new scoot
Vagabondman ... equally gorgeous photos! (Insert slightly jealous face here.) Yes, Taiwan outside of the major cities is quite a beautiful island full of lush green jungle & twisty mountainsides. Maybe that's why the Portuguese named it "Beautiful Island!" (Formosa) lol. New Zealand w...

Re: New member - new scoot
Nice pics Brian. I have such scooter lust for the white PCX! Alas, its not available here.
Re: My bikes!
Holy shit! That Spyder is sick! And it looks absolutely HUGE next to the PCX. Lol. Wow. I've never really seen one in person. Definitely something out of a scifi movie.

Re: New PCX 150 owner, Hawaii
Congrats on the PCX purchase. And in Hawaii no less. Sweet. Happy riding! In regards to your two gripes, both are easily remedied. For the wind, simply invest in a after market wind shield. And for the small front compartment issue, just get a pouch you can attach to the handlebars. Problems solved....

Good point George. Don't want to force it or have it put stress the seat hinge. Guess I can deal with that.

Thanks chainsaw. Mine should fit then. Haven't had a chance to actually get to a dealer & test it. But your bag idea is a good one.

Will the Shoei Neotec fit under the PCX seat?
I'm a large. Was wondering if anyone has tried to fit this helmet under their PCX seat. Thanks!

Oh I hear ya. It was a shock for me too when I was in Taiwan...but as you say...when in Rome...or Thailand...or Taiwan... That's one of the things I love about traveling overseas...all those things that are different from the states. Heck...just getting out of NYC and crossing the US is a refreshing...

Re: Ready For Touring
Hey, while we are talking about loading your scooter up, the original poster has got nothing on these people... And here is one of our employees getting ready to go home for the day with her sister and the three kids. Ha! Too funny. Never been to Thailand, but used to see scenes like this all the t...

Re: Question about 300cc Scooters...
If it does all you need from it then you would be mad to change. Sadly a PCX just isn't enough scooter for me these days, I need MORE!!!! More is better!!!!!!!!! More is better and less is more! We hear just as many big CC riders who've rediscovered the joy of smaller bikes as we do of small CC rid...

Re: Question about 300cc Scooters...
I just asked the dealer where I bought the pcx where to go for seat trimming and they gave a couple of options, I just took off seat (2 bolts and disconnect seat switch wire) and left seat with the marine trimmer with instructions to also remove the plastic and reinforce hole. It was a 1 hour $100 ...

Re: Ready For Touring
Yeah, lighting & camera can drastically change the true color. Cause I have to say, the Red does look real sweet on the PCX. All the PCX colors look pretty sharp in my opinion. My fav tho is the white...but unfortunately, that's not available in the US...so I think I'm gonna go with classic bla...

Re: Ready For Touring
Am I mistaken, or does this Red look more lighter & orangey than the deep candy apple red of the pcx that I normally am used to? I'm sure it is just the sunlight/camera, it is a US model... I like the red rims and stock black windscreen (without all the other weird attachments  ) right amo...
