Have there been any reported Fuel Pump issue been reported by any USA owners yet?

One thing I can tell you is that Shoei and Arai Helmets are made to a very high quality standards.
I know you could buy a helmet at half the prices of these, and I have done so, myself. But I alway come back to my Shoei for the comfort and fit.

Here is the V47 mounted on my Forza.

I just bought a Shoei J-Cruise. Expensive 3/4 Helmet, but what a nice helmet!
This is the only helmet I will where in Summer. When it's cool I use a Nolan N104 full face.

The Forza will cruise all day at 70-75mph with power to pass at 80-85mph
It ride very smooth.

I just bought 2 new Helmets.

1 - Arai SZ/c Winning RED (Matches the Color of the Forza) 3/4 Helmet.
2 - Nolan N104 Hi-Vis Orange, (WOW - Brite color) Can be seen for miles. Modular Full Face.

Both of theses helmets are Fantastic helmets with good Air flow and comfort.

Yes I would recommend the GIVI shield over the OEM Honda shield.
It provides more protection than the Honda shield. It is a solid shield.
One thing to keep in mind though, the GIVI is higher and depending on your height, you will be looking through it instead of over it.

Besides the several hundred various Motorcycles and Trikes I've owned over the years, I've owned Burgman 650s, 400s, Honda Silver Wing 600s, Reflex 250s, etc., etc. ......the Honda Forza 300 is, in my opinion, the Best Maxi-Scooter to date. I'm not a short Trip Person. My Forza was ridden 515 miles...

Kymco People GT300i Seat is almost 33" High. That would depend upon the riders height.
