As far as I can tell, the only difference between the 2015 and the 2016 PCX 150's are the colors? Is that right? It says bike mount, but it is VERY sturdy and doesn't move at all. I use the rubber bands included as well as the zip ties that they include.

This, unfortunately, is a good reason that you should leave the teaching to the professionals...

No, those lines are specifically for the handicapped spaces. They are put there because usually passengers of the handicapped spaces need extra space to get out (ie: if they're in a wheelchair, or what not).
