Re: Forza or the new 2015 pcx 150.I hate shopping for new th

Doing the motorcycle skills test was the quickest way for me to get me on my scoot with full privileges. My Hubby did the motorcycle skills test and then later took the course. You must use motorcycles for the course. I was able to use my scooter for the skills test. Glad we have it this way since I...

Re: Motorcycle Helmets

When I tried my medium HJC CL-16 full face, the seat is about an inch and 1/2 off the latch because it resting in the top vent of my helmet and I'm afraid to try and latch the seat for fear of applying to much pressure on the top vent. Maybe the HJC is bigger then the shoei?

I've seen reviews where they claim a full face helmet can fit. B.S. No such thing.

Re: My new birthday PCX

With my learner's permit, I could go anywhere. Bummer part was not being allowed at night which gave me the incentive to get the cycle endorsement before summer arrived. 8)

Re: My new birthday PCX

I rode on my learners permit for a while. The rules are ride with another person, no passengers and no riding at night. Took to the skills test and bypassed the motorcycle course. Got my cycle endorsement on my licence. Now I can ride a motorcycle and have no idea how. Only know about scooters...

Re: Motorcycle Helmets

@Josh, Great choice! I think you will like it. And I’ve got complements on it. Not a fan of Hi Viz? Might as well wear the invisible cloak while riding. My @$$ has been spared because of Hi -Viz. A lot of traffic where we ride. I almost ran over a guy on a black bike with black coat and helmet while...

Re: Motorcycle Helmets

That is a great deal. Well, I used it for a 35 mile ride. Must be considered used now. They got it for me in two days. And I wanted it for this week end! Will have to bite the bullet on this one.

My hubby had removed just the hump and placed a patch over the towers. Still no good. Re-installed the hump until our new seats arrived. ;)

Re: Humpless Seat from Powered byPCX

Steph, I have to ask if you think they'd be better for a *really* long trip. I did almost 200 miles yesterday through NJ's Pine Barrens (where Jimmy Hoffa and some Soprano's characters are allegedly buried  ). My butt was *aching* at the end of the day, and I'd love to know if these humpless s...

Just got back from a 36 mile ride and the seats are great! Cushie Tushies is what we got! ;) We ordered our seats on June 12th and they arrived on our door step July 10th. Longer then we expected. But, Happy to have them.
