Re: Can't remove oil screen bolt

To ensure proper torque of bolts and nuts, especially in aluminum alloys, use a torque wrench. First 5-25Nm, second 19-110Nm. I use them in my motorcycles and cars. Especially when repairing the engine, transmission, transfer case. Tools of this company maintains a huge load and never broke. http://...

Re: Can't remove oil screen bolt

Always use the hex head so as not to damage the aluminum bolt. If the bolt head is already heavily damaged and become round, take a head with twelve facets but 1 millimeter smaller. For example, instead of the key 17, use key 16 and put her gently on the bolt with a hammer. There is another way, use...

Re: Rear mudguard

I thought the pictures quite clearly demonstrate fixing scheme. Top mudguard attached to the scooter frame. Over the mudguard on the frame has a transverse tube. That pipe in the middle is flat, but the edges bent upward. In places of the bends I attached two plastic clamp. Bottom edge of mudguard i...

Re: Rear mudguard

I rode after the rain, rear mudguard works fine, the reverse side is clean. It also protects from sand and small stones flying off the wheel. Mudguard dimensions 370x250mm.

Rear mudguard

Hi! I have made the protection for rear wheel. I like when the engine and all equipment is clean. Radiator also closed. Standard protection is not very good, the dirt gets inside. Made it from a rubber sheet, secured with plastic clamp to the frame. Made an incision at the level of the air hose. Thi...

Re: Coolant change

Hi!
What color is the coolant when you bought a new scooter? I have bright green. But the Honda dealer recommends 08CLAG016S0, this is blue coolant. Probably better drain the cooling system. Then fill in blue, and then drain and fill the blue again.

Re: Tire Size?

I calculated the diameters of the tires and increase the height of the tire. Front wheel will fit 120/80 R14? Or increasing the height of 15mm is too much, will damage the fender? But, 15mm increase in height is very useful. 90/90 R14 D=517,6mm 120/70 R14 D=523,6mm, R+3mm 120/80 R14 D=547,6mm, R+15m...
