Re: Maddiedog's 170cc PCX

It rides fine with the stock injector. The only problem i have is that the idle speed is to low. It stop the engine 7/10 when i turn off the gas trothle. I can't find where i can correct it to turn higher RPM on the idle speed. :cry:

Re: Maddiedog's 170cc PCX

If your stock injector is not maxing out (inj duty cycle less than 90% at full load), you can keep using it. But, in theory, the engine capacity is 36% more now, so you need about 36% more fuel. Your EFI system is now fighting to keep the same AFR, in other words ECU tells to injector to throw more...

Re: Maddiedog's 170cc PCX

What brings the madmax injector. I have only installed the 170cc from Rzracing with the stock injector. It's ride fine with more power and going at once to 69 mph.
What schould i win with changing the injector?

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!

Hi,

I would only install the 164cc light bore kit and the performance valve kit. Will this works? I need just more couple.

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!

@pcxdemon,

How many miles (km) do you have riding with the 164cc? Do you have any probs. I would buy also a 164cc.

Re: Max speed, vario & rollers

I tried a yellow CYN. And took it right back out after a couple days. The higher belt tension squashes some width out of the belt resulting in a slight loss of fuel efficiency and top speed. The lightest spring that does not slip or let the belt flap for any given amount of engine power is the best...
