Increase top speed
Original top speed brand new 2015 PCX 150 was 68mph. One year and 8,900 miles later, I now max out at 60mph. Besides changing the belt, how can I gain more top speed. I am now driving on a 65mph road and would like to stay with traffic! Any helpful ideas are greatly appreciated! (PCX is stock except...

Re: Coming to a stop
GN2, just to clarify . . . if I am coasting down a hill, and I rotate the throttle, I get a big jolt. I understand that and have done it a few times. My questions is, does it hurt the engine or clutch? Will it glaze the clutch, cause the belt to wear?
Thanks!
Brent!

Re: Unexpected Weather Stories
Last week I rode home in a 45mph crosswind! That was not fun! I was leaning about 10 to 15 degrees to the right just to keep my Piglet (baby HOG) going straight! When the wind died off or I passed a building, I had to quickly correct the lean before I started going off the road! Lucky it only ten mi...

Re: A Basket of Easter Pics for You
I believe the Easter Bunny / Resurrection cartoon is meant to say the hunt is over. The Easter Bunny has found the biggest Easter Egg prize, Christ's empty tomb! The reason we celebrate Easter!

Re: NCY transmission kit
Homie, my PCX hit 68mph when it was new last year. Now with 7,400 miles on it its top speed is 60. What would you suggest to get it back up to 68? Everything is stock on the engine. Brent!

No show in the desert (about 113 miles North East of Las Vegas) but I did ride through the summer with temperatures reaching 112 degrees. Imagine driving through a hairdryer!

Re: Riding year-long and can't imagine it being the other wa
I live in the hid desert about 100 miles North East from Las Vegas, and I drive year around. The morning temperature in the winter is 25 to 30 degrees when I ride to work. Commute home temperature is in the 40s. My commute is only 4 miles and takes 10 minutes. Bundle up and let's go!

Re: Gas mileage only 81 to 85 MPG
I get around 106pmg when I stay in the city and don't go above 40mph. When I zip around the outskirts of town doing 60mph, the miles per gallon drops to between 91mpg to 96mpg.

Re: YSS rear shocks installed - report
I just put the YSS XXL shocks with the reservoir and I agree, like night and day difference! I took my 9 year old son for a ride yesterday. When he saw the bump we were headed for and that I wasn't slowing down, he puckered up and braced for the spine shattering impact. We sailed over the bump barel...

Re: Stock Tire mileage
I do not do fast starts! My guess is either I got a lemon for a tire, or the 3,000.00 feet elevation / 112 degree weather I drove in this past summer shorten the tire's life span!

Look at bikerzbits.com, they are based out of Thailand. Shipping is a little higher to send stuff half way around the world, but their lower prices offset that a bit!

Re: Hit 10,000 miles PCX150 odometer
I just rolled 5,500 miles in the six months I have owned by PCX150. Being in the Western desert, I get to ride all year long. Coolest it will get will be the upper 20s when I commuting to work. (That said, I did ride this summer in 112 degree heat!)
