Re: Way off topic

Great, surgery done! How you feeling now....as a few days have passed? Gosh that must be uncomfortable, hard getting use to? Pain level is ok now, my balance is shot to pieces at the moment, which is unnerving me. But this is normal after this type of surgery and will get better in time. Sleeping a...

Re: Way off topic

Back home now. Surgery was OK but there was a complication encountered by the surgeon. This was dealt with and will not affect the implant at al. I now have a bionic ear!! Just have to wait for it all to heal up now then in a months time get the new hearing processor and start the rehabilitation pro...

Way off topic

OK not been around on here much of late, still got my PCX but will need to lay it up for a while now. Some of you regulars will know that I have been waiting for Cochlea Implant surgery, well, I go into hospital on Tues (28th May) for my op, been told it might be day surgery (in and out same day) af...

Re: SPAM!

Wow! Good luck with your soon to be scheduled surgery! Hmm, you know, there's a member over on the Modern Vespa forum (general discussion board) who recently had a Cochlea Implant. She has posted photo's and there's quite a bit of discussion. Maybe it might be of help to you? Please keep us posted....

Re: SPAM!

No problem glad you nuked it too! I'm a moderator on another forum, for dealing with minor issues, to totally nuke the spam there I do same as here, report it via PM to a global moderator who then removes it and blocks the ISP I believe. I'm not on this forum asd often as I used to be, because I hav...

Re: UK buyers beware

Me thinks it was a bit more than minor if it was an isurance write off, which ever way you look at it the advert is dishonest in not declaring the Cat C write off. And yes it is my question that shows up on the ebay page. Guess that's left them a little red faced now! The listing has been amended t...

Re: UK buyers beware

Well I got reply too It has never been stolen. It has involved a minor accident due a slip which caused deep scratches to the plastic fairing but replaced with genuine Honda fairing. It looks and drives like a brand new bike. if interested I am open for offers. Me thinks it was a bit more than minor...

Re: UK buyers beware

Strange one this, not shown as stolen but shown as Cat C insurance write off. One thing I note, is the mention of a colour change. Can someone confirm if Silver is/was a colour option back in 2011. Two owners is nothing unusual either, possibly dealer registered first or demo bike. Just answered my...

Do you have to pay to see HPI report? Might be a case of doing a copy and paste of the wordings of the report

Well said Maddiedog, the Deauvilleuk.org forum is also an equally friendly site to belong to as well, with a lot of good banter going on.

Re: UK buyers beware

Still listed, doesn't look as if it has a mark on it. If it is Cat C or D write off makes me wonder if it is a stolen/recovered bike!

Just asked the seller why is it showing on HPI!! Will wait and see if I get a reply ;)

Re: Bullying, bullied, bullies!? Poor new members in this fo

This forum is a very friendly place to be compared to some sites where bickering is constant (I've left two or three for those reasons) However, this forum does have a very international membership, so might be considered as humour here, others might not find it quite so humourous. Bit of give and t...

There are some good deals going on the multitec now because it is being replaced by the Neotec, I have one of each now as my Multitec is coming to the end of it's 'shelf' life (had it about 4 1/2 years now)

Re: Not trying to Ruffle feathers, but...

This is certainly a very good forum to belong too. Certainly my PCX is not my only bike (The other being my Deauville) The PCX gets more use as I use it for my local commutre to work (weather permitting, don'tmind getting wetting , don't like getting drowned) This site does have useful contributions...
