And injector leaking is only one thing that can make oil. There are others. One of the other ones is the bike runs too cold, therefore the computer thinks the engine is warming up and adds the choke on. Incomplete combustion causes blow by the piston rings and into the oil.

. It doesn’t take much gas at all to lower the viscosity of the oil, especially since the amount of oil in the scooter is small. A leaky injector can cause bearings to go bad, get the injector checked as soon as possible. All you need to do is pull it out of the bike, put it on the bench for a test....

Smell the oil, does it smell like gas?

A fuel injector that is stuck wide-open will add gas to the crank case oil…known as “making oil” -google it…..

It happens…..scrub it clean with a wire brush, emery cloth or the like and paint on something like this with a small paint brush:

How about you add a GPS app to your phone, go out and show me that it can do 85 mph -screen print the phone results here and then I’ll believe it.

Of course it’s not normal, why would you think it would be? Go back to the dealer and demand a manual I and an overall check up while you’re still in warranty.

i like keyless vehicles. I never have to find my key, it stays in my pocket safe and sound. Every car has it, its hardly foofoo tevhnology.

I personally think you’re making a big mistake. There is absolutely nothing that’s missing right now on a PCX that really matters. I would take it and run…You’re overthinking this.

The alternator/starter is not new, it’s been on the PCX as long as I can remember, at least back to 2015, it was on mine, it’s primarily to save weight.

Yam always got it right, they put a rear disc on the sMax and they gave it higher TopSpeed. But that’s never been the PCX plan. And I knew it wasn’t going to change now. Not in the US….
