Re: Stock Tire mileage

I ride a 2015 Honda PCX 150, and at 4200 miles I'm into the wear mark on the rear IRC. I'm not timid, and regularly test the bike's limits; so I'm looking for something that will hold up better. Someone said the Michelin's are a lateral option; but in the same sentence talked about improved wear. If...

Re: Today's Quick Pic

And yes, that is a Starbuck's Iced Coffee in my drink holder :) The long straw lets me sip under the helmet at lights, etc. Still makes a bit of a mess sometimes, but I always clean up the bike at the end of the day...

Both pics from the same spot, but from different sides of the bike. Wish there were more scooters in the South Sacramento/Elk Grove area...

Re: 155cc = 84 MPH?!~!

I agree. Took my PCX 150 out on the river roads this weekend. And, if I duck down/flatten out behind the stock fairing a bit, I can hit a solid 65. But I hear the speedo is about 2 mph optimistic? Not sure, but theres no way their bike goes 15 mph faster, unless they figured out how to take away the...

Re: reflective tape... now you see it

So, realize that it is brightest closest to the point of radiated light, so a camera's LED is almost directly in line with the reflection. That's why I propose some real world tests. But, it does meet the SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) standards, so that's awesome. I bought it here: http://www.amazon...

Re: Givi D1136ST Windshield for 2015 PCX150

Thanks all for the replies and comments. I'm looking forward to getting a taller windscreen. As it gets hot here, now I'm worried I won't get enough air with the screen. On the other hand, riding her stock I got kind of beat up by the wind and noise this weekend on a longer ride (put about 75 miles ...

Re: reflective tape... now you see it

Hello Fellow Scooterists, So I bought a roll of Reflexite Marine Microprismatic Retroreflective Conspicuity (SOLAS) Tape: 1"x15' (silver/white). Finally got out there and put it on the bike. Baby's white, so this looks mostly invisible on her in the daytime, but at night it's pretty spectacular...

Re: Givi D1136ST Windshield for 2015 PCX150

With the new windshield installed, where does the wind hit your helmet? Also curious how it affects your top speed (at 6'2" and 190 lbs, I'm maxing at about 60 mph - 65 if I flatten out).

Re: Embarrasing: Clock adjustment

Thank you guys, I was too lazy to read the manual but holding the button down waiting 5 seconds and pushing the button again worked.
