Have you check all the fuses after you changed the battery and tried to start it?

Re: ELECTRICAL HELP!!
Do you have anymore details on how the wrench shorted your battery. I have had this same thing happen to me when working on a car, but in my case I shorted the positive battery terminal to ground with a wrench. I think you need to check other fuses, to make sure that they aren't' burned out. You cou...

Re: Windshield extension
I bought a replica from Aliexpress and it wasn't that good of quality. I like the design though. one of the brackets broke, so I ended up making a better one that incorporated a nut and bolt arrangement, it's in green. Here is the link, I payed $18 for it. It's more expensive now, not worth the qual...

Re: What have you done to improve the PCX suspension?
I believe the front suspension on my bike is now the main problem as our roads are terrible in London - even when there is not a pot-hole the surface is bumpy. I keep hearing what sounds like hitting an end stop at moderate 20mph speed going over mild bumps or dips and it seems it's the front, not ...

The kill switch has been glitchy for me in the past. Try and flick it back and forth a few times.

Does the orange light on the dash turn on and does the fuel pump make a sound?
Don't forget about the red engine stop switch, if you live in the USA.

What's the backstory on it. Did it happen after a CVT service or did it just happen out of the blue. What noises did you notice before and during the occurrence. From the picture, it looks to me like the crank moved out a bit.

Re: Problems after removing front wheel for rotor replacemen
When you tightened the axle bolt, did you hold the other side with a wrench? It sounds like you did if you were able to tighten it to 44 ft lbs. As for the brake pads, they will settle in on your first ride. It's normal for them to make noise after you install the wheel, since they were touched duri...

Keep at it. When I'm stuck on a problem I step away from the problem for a while to let the problem simmer in my mind. That way when I return to fix the problem I have a clean slate and might approach the problem in a different way. Good luck, you got this.

I have been wanting to do this for a while now. Does the ring around the toggle light up too? Thanks for sharing Gil. Wonder if the install will be more simple on my LED PCX It does light up, but only the bottom half lights up blue. There is only one LED for the blue ring light. You can see it ligh...

"Coming from the Ruckus Scene, Couple people tried Turbo on GY6 150cc engines. Not enough air to actually spoon even the smallest turbo. Standard Functions did a Zume 125cc swap into a ruckus. Bored it out to something over 200cc and made a couple PSI of boost." Thanks very cool, I wonder ...

Re: Forza 125 front brake caliper mount replacement
Yeah the rubber boot you pointed out just keeps the water out. The caliper will just slide out once removed it from the scooter. You will have to move part 17, 10 and 11 to the new part. You have a farm workshop, then I'm sure you can do this job.

Re: Forza 125 front brake caliper mount replacement
Did you break part 14? If so, it's an on off sort of deal. Some of those bolts are on there tight though, but if you have a breaker bar for sockets it should be easy.

Forgot to mention that when the timing chain tensioner goes out, it also makes a rock knock type sound. I bought my scooter used with "rod knock", it was the chain tensioner. The sound of it is like this youtube video.

Re: Electric supercharger install
I was always under the impression that either with nitrous, or a super or turbo charger, that the bottom end of an engine had to be fortified before it was viable… (With forged components) Can the PCX take the bottom end load? It depends on how strong the engine was designed to be. All engine have ...

Re: 2015 PCX 150 sounds like a Rod Knock
Did you check the oil level before your first ride? If it fell on it's side, oil could of gotten into the air box or spilled out. My scooters original engine got rod knock due to low oil, I didn't check it often enough when riding more often. The rod knock will be more pronounced from the CVT side o...
