Re: New seat from "Powerbypcx.com
slickvic - do you lose any cargo capacity in the underseat storage with the new seat? Hard to tell from the pics. The stock seat is shaped on the underside at the front to accomodate a helmet. I just checked both seats and it looks like they use the exact same seat shell and cut the hump mounts off...

Re: Got my first and new scooter! PCX150!
Cessna, that speed decrease is from belt wear, not oil weight. As the belt wears down, it gets narrower, making the bosses in the CVT closer together and resulting in more torque with less speed. A new belt will get you back up to speed. :) I dont disagree Maddie as I have seen this on my old scoot...

Re: Thinking of buying PCX125
I've seen a previous post about a PCX not starting in the cold after it was about 2 years old and this is what happened with my Fly. I'm pretty new to scooters so I'm not sure - do they begin to die after two-three years? Can I trust a PCX? No, Honda scooters do not die after 2-3 years. They are a ...

Re: New seat from "Powerbypcx.com
One very important question about that good looking seat, I am looking for that type of seat as long as that nasty hard plastic mounting hump has been completely removed. Could you please check under the seat to see if indeed the hump has been removed, if it were, that would be great. I will order ...

Wonder what the lever is on the left hand side. Reverse Yeah, I was wondering that too... Seriously guys? :| I already translated the original page a few postings above yours. Yes, it is a reverse gear lever. Oh, and it's my turn to be a picture whore. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8402/8622413357_...

Re: New seat from "Powerbypcx.com
I am trying to order a seat from Powerbypcx and am having a hard time navigating their web site. I can add the seat I want to my cart and when I try to check out via Pay pal that's about as far as I get. Click on Pay Pal and nothing. Also it keeps switching back to French which makes it tough. Any ...

New seat from "Powerbypcx.com
I ordered a "Saddle type-1" with red stitching 12 days ago from Powerbypcx.com and it arrived today. Some of you guys have enlisted your local upholstery shop with good results but I was looking for something different. When I saw this seat on their website I immediately thought that this ...

Yes, they did say it could be problem with Automatic Choke... They asked me to leave it overnight with them so they can inspect it on "cold" first thing in the morning... I needed the bike to commute and already spent (or thrown away should I say) £80 for labor at my local garage on the f...

Re: PCX won't start in cold
I'm a PCX 125 owner from Holland and have been reading this informative forum for over a year now. I had a similar issue with my 2011 PCX after around 14000 km. No start in the morning after a freezing night and it would start perfectly after work. My problem was solved after replacing the spark pl...
