I definitely got a smile on my face. I rode mine home Saturday from the dealer and apart from the 34 degree F temperature, I felt like I was on a Magic Carpet!!

Now if only all this snow would melt.

Re: How much did you pay for your PCX?

Earlier this week I saw a dealer ad with a "March madness" sale price of $2,999. Probably not including a $700 freight fee they don't tell you about till you're ready to buy. Correct. Pretty much all dealers in the US play this song and dance. As I indicated above, I paid $3,680 and chang...

I bought a Bell Airraid helmet for $99 last year. Pretty good deal and relatively quiet.

Re: MPG Question

I do not remember seeing any forums postings of riders carrying extra gas for long trips. However, one of our other PCX-150 riders carried a spare tank for the specific purpose of determining exactly how far you could go before running out of gas. The gas gauge is a wee bit conservative because he w...

Re: powerbypcx seats?

Did you end up going with the seat from power by pcx? I have the same problem as you, removed the hump, added padding and recovered the original seat, but there is still a "ridge" there when i try and slide back a little bit. The following picture is the type 1 seat powerbypcx sells, and ...

Re: How much did you pay for your PCX?

I paid $3,680 and change out the door. Earlier this week I saw a dealer ad with a "March madness" sale price of $2,999.

Only problem is that it snowed yesterday and I wasn't about to ride in that sloppy mess so I signed the paperwork and plan on picking it up next Saturday.

Re: Designers of the PCX - Article

Obviously the Thai market took precedence though. ..... They could have made a slightly different seat for each market , redesigned the indicators for the US market,- stuff like that. Bill That was exactly my thought. I weight 250 Lbs (I have no clue how many stones that is. ) and plan on rep...

Re: Honda PCX - Back from First Ride

I changed the relays for my indicators to one with a built-in Piezo-tweeter. Now it squeaks when blinking and I never forget to turn it off. The beeper should be available in any serious "gadgets for bikes" shop. Any chance of a URL or more info about the relays? Did you just unplug...

Re: Anyone in the US using an aftermarket exhaust for the 15

I haven't seen any in the USA either. It's a sad state of things, how few customization parts are available outside Thailand or Japan. :| We might see more as time goes by, especially if sales of the PCX pick up, or if production continues for another decade. :D I agree. The PCX-125 never really ca...

EFI Controller for PCX-125

I found a posting on another forum that led me to this US based company that sells a EFI controller for the PCX-125. This Controller only adjusts fuel. It is a piggy-back controller meaning it is only making adjustments on top of the stock ECU map. http://www.electronicjetkit.com/Scooters/viewproduc...
