Re: Wider Tires
Welcome to the forum Kochegarova and thanks for your reply. I think a size or two wider tire with a more aggressive tread pattern than a City Grip, (but still smooth center for the street)would be ideal for me. Unfortunately not so many choices for a 14" tire in the US. I think the Michelin Cit...

Re: giving it a sportbike look
Simple solution I think a tank bag of some sort could work...
You could install a sportbike tank above the stock one
I would like to do the opposite to my tank, flatten it out, more ruckus flat tank style. hmmmm...

Re: Takegawa Pcx 170cc
Very cool Demon How much was that brake arm? That sounds like a good idea, although I can lock my rear easily in the dirt...
Would have been nice to know I could get a 170cc before I bought a 150 but, maybe one day with more 150cc aftermarket support, I can make mine a 195cc

Re: Kept The Camel, Got Rid of the Hump
The seat looks good, but the color is kinda strange
Is it orange or leather in color?
You need like orange/leather forks and engine cover to match...
Or maybe orange wheels...

Re: K&N Air filter Installation and Performance Analysis
Obviously I like to fool with things
I think the engine could handle it... I hope...
If I go pod I could have a quality filter, and get rid of that big honkin air box.

Re: K&N Air filter Installation and Performance Analysis
Nobody makes anything for the 150
Soon as my 150 is broke in, im going to install a pod filter...
I've allready relocated my crankcase breather tube, out of the airbox, which has not hurt performance at all.

Re: It's about time...
Whitenoise, you could easily install a small shim around the bar (a strip of aluminum from a coke can would work).
Or just glue it on... that's what I did with my $10 timex.

Re: Gas to put in my PCX 150
The pcx 150 owners manual says (PON)86 or higher octane... whatever "PON" is?
I've been using 91 all the time, but I would be curious to see the results, if any, if you did 87 one week 91 another week etc...
Where was that guy getting his 92 from?

Re: Urgent help needed!
I saw your videos, the shocks compression and bushing seemed ok(from what I could tell). But, when you "wobbled" it, I was thinking maybe the top 14mm nut on the shock/s has come loose. You might be able to get to the nuts from under the bodywork. I don't think you need to take your wheel ...

Re: Urgent help needed!
Disconnect one shock at a time, and sit on it each time. If one shock feels the same as both/or worse, the shock/s are bad.
Or take them off and compress by hand, this should be hard to do if shocks are good...

That's cool, do silver pinstripe/s along the crease in the body, something like this.
