Re: Rain stops the 2015 PCX150 engine.

Parts arrived and installed, I doubt will show again the same issue experienced before but only a ride under rain will confirm, but I'm confident should be resolved.

Re: Rain stops the 2015 PCX150 engine.

My 2014 JF57 with 82.00Km is experiencing the same behaviour you describe and after a deep inspection last weekend I have identified a broken pin on the ignition coil (it was just bent before) plus the spark plug top cap broken. Parts has been ordered today and soon I could let you know the outcome ...

Re: gear oil

I've used a 75w-90 full synt specific for gears despite of the Honda manual recommendations and it's very smooth, now I am at 2K kilometers with it

Re: Glove compartment box won't close

Thanks guys for your feedbacks.

Female part seems to work properly under finger pressure, locking as expected, so most probably it's the male worn latch the issue here. Considering the limited cost I could order a new door cover or attempt to rebuild the worn part with some epoxy glue.

Glove compartment box won't close

Hi guys,
any idea why my Pcx gloves box won't close??? All seems looking fine, but despite pressing hard won't click and close :(

I will try to post some picture to compare parts just in case there could be some damages (BTW, never worked since I've got it 2nd hand)

TIA,
Adriano

Re: YSS Shock Absorbers

Small delay again due to weather conditions.. throttle body and injector cleaned with Wynns Carb cleaner and Frame treated with rust converter. Excellent results in terms of engine response, now giving gas has an immediate response despite the fact it was not too dirty tbh. Front fork now are more b...

Re: YSS Shock Absorbers

It's a Castrol fork oil 15w mineral based and probably I will change it again in few months when I will paint the forks too whch seems to need attention. Today I will brush and sand the rusted frame points and treat with some rust converter before painting and asap clean the throttle body and the in...

Re: Which TopBox brand is this?

Thanks mate, much appreciated,
currently this top box does not appear on their websites, so or it's another brand or just an older model not available anymore, I will retry checking for a part number or any sign could lead me to the manufacturer.

Re: YSS Shock Absorbers

My pleasure,
I will give you all an update in the next days with a more extensive ride test and eventually the Fork oil change too.

Also, could I just spray paint the rusted frame points or I should use a rust converter?

TIA,
Adrian

Re: YSS Shock Absorbers

Waiting for Epsilon hurricane I've give it a go, cleaning engine bay and changing the shock absorbers.. very smooth process except the removal of pre fitted absorber's metal bushing guides. As you can see from pics old units has no netal guides, which are directly biuld on the top frame mounting poi...
