Taking slop out of the throttle and brakes should really improve your ride.

I don't have any info about it but I really hope the Yamaha case works out well for you. Send some pictures with the results once you get it figured out.

FWIW, I have found that PartZilla's estimates of when things will ship are pretty accurate.

It comes with a little water pump but I have never used water in the pad. The little air pump is pretty much worthless as well so I just blow it up by mouth...works great!

Heated kit worked a treat. Do you have your heated gear wired in to the bike or is it battery operated? Wondering because I know you had some questions about the power of the charging system. Reviving an old thread here... I am a big fan of the PackTalk products. They have worked well when out with my riding buddies and when I ride with my daughter as pillion. We can each listen to our own music and the volume automatically goes down a bit when we talk. I have had no complaints with them...
