Has anyone come up with a safe waterproof way to get the USB cable from the storage compartment out to a phone mount? I was thinking of drill a little hole in the back of the compartment then feeding cable through a grommet and out the back and then up handlebar area. Not excited about making a hole...

Does anyone have any experience with a pcx with the driver backrest?
I have seen a few out of Taiwan, but it is quite a risk to purchase and have it shipped to the USA to find out if it is nice.
