Re: REquired Service for Warranty
I think it will be fine. Hard to read dipstick though. Does anyone have any good methods of making the dipstick more legible? Even if just temporarily then removing whatever it is? Could I wrap masking tape on end, stick it in, read it and take off?

I walked outside and saw this
Now these are domestic cats so I'm not going to hurt them. But what are some natural ways to keep cats away from vehicles in general. They like to crawl on my scooter and up inside of my mustang ImageUploadedByTapatalk1373168757.613399.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1373168765.802669.jpg ImageUploadedBy...

Re: REquired Service for Warranty
I hope so because I know it holds a qt if you clean the strainer but since we shook it I think it drained from strainer too. Because the measuring level is in ml and it is hard to get ml from qt because that is metric units to English units

Re: REquired Service for Warranty
Okay so changed scooter oil now in process of changing four wheeler oil. I have a question: is it too bad if I overfill? Manual says .8 qt but my scooter took 1 qt fine and still in level on dipstick. I guess because we shook it to drain more

It's in bottom left for me under glove box. It's a knob. But you guys have idle stop which I know I don't need since I mainly ride at 60 mph most of the time in a small town with 4 stop lights

Re: Summers here! (for a day.. in the UK)
I probably will need to dress more when I go to college though because those are real crazy drivers. I have ridden by schwinn bicycle for the past two years on a college campus where I went to a public boarding high school and we had to share the roads with the college drivers, but we werent allowed...

Re: Summers here! (for a day.. in the UK)
I sorta had a small accident in a gravel parking lot. Really was just a scraped knee and hand. I decided since then I would ride at least with jeans. A week later and I am back to shorts and a tshirt. You really can't wear much more in louisiana where the current temperature here is 90, which is low...

Re: New Buyer/Owner of PCX150
I just bought oil to change it myself. I'm too busy working a minimum wage job to help with college to drive my scooter 45 miles away for a 125 dollar service when they oil only costs 6.25 for me to do myself. The reason is this dealership charges like 80 an hour for labor

Re: The DAMN Seat Latch
I think it would be better for the seat to close by pushing down rather than wacking it

Re: REquired Service for Warranty
I already asked that on a thread. Not really a solution. And had to bring pennzoil back because it was energy conserved. I ended up just getting the recommended pro honda oil

Re: REquired Service for Warranty
And it's a Honda engine as well. We have a Honda four wheeler from 2002 that has barely had any maintenance, I don't think oil has ever been changed. And that thing still runs great. Gotta love honda quality

Re: REquired Service for Warranty
Yeah it was transferable. Already did that. I know how to change oil. I could maybe check valve clearance, although what tool do I use. I could do brake system, although I have never figured out how to use brake lock anyways. And I could test battery with multimeter. The lady who had before me only ...
