Great news that they are on the mend. That can really weigh on you.

I favor the right one too, but try & use both. I've never fully trusted mirrors so I do frequent head turns.

Re: Poll: Are you a leg over person?

Leg over, but knee bent & facing forward, not leg extended crescent kick style like motorcyclists. I don't touch the tunnel. This works best with my back issues.

Our dealer is still going through them. 3 in the past 4 days & at least that many more in the past month. Glad they are doing so well.

Best Time to Buy?

Here in the USA, there is only a $138 profit on a PCX150 at Full MSRP..."unless"...Honda gives the particular Dealer a "Special Dealer Incentive", and/or lets Them apply "Honda Bucks" to it...pretty slim margins, and why most Dealers try to steer You away from the Scoo...

Re: Honda Pcx 125 from cornwall :D

I agree with dustin & worse, people will borrow small 50-100cc scooters
to breeze through the BMV skills test, get their full endorsement & then go off and buy a crotch rocket or 700 lb cruiser, only being a beginner & ultimately crash it because of lack of skills or experience.

Re: Increasing mpg with each fill up?

I had a stock tall windshield on our SH150i & except for making Ohio winters more bearable, I didn't like it. You couldn't see with rain drops, sun glares & it knocked 5 mph off of the top speed. I wholeheartedly agree with being able to see over it, the stock Silverwing screen was perfect f...

It was bought new Jun 29 of this year & currently only 804 miles. I was kind of thinking the same thing with such low miles??

If I remember correctly it means Search Evaluate Execute. It's been a few years since I took the class, but if not, it's something to that effect?

Re: How can a 125 outperform a 150?

I agree, Mel. No two bikes seem to perform the same under similar circumstances. I have no reason to not believe you & the people that "fudge" their mpg & speed numbers, I'm not sure what they gain? My former 06 Silverwing never did worse than 56 mpg & usually at the 60 mark, w...

Re: How can a 125 outperform a 150?

Capt Jim- Because of digestive issues, gluten intolerance etc, my kids even out weigh me & none are overweight, but you're right she wouldn't like to hear it. I wondered about the valves, so we'll find out at 2,500 mi, I negated checks on both bikes at their 600 mi service, at my dealers opinion...

Re: How can a 125 outperform a 150?

We're both happy with the speeds & mpgs. I just thought hers would be a lot faster. It definitely feels more powerful.
People do exaggerate performance & mileage. There is a PCX on Fuelly that claimed nearly 200 mpg. That is downright laughable.

Re: How can a 125 outperform a 150?

I think 28cc is a decent amount more. Our former SH150i, also 153cc would touch 68-70 with either of us. A lot of owners claim over 70 with the PCX150, one guy on another forum says his will pass the 75 mph mark, which I find really hard to believe?

How can a 125 outperform a 150?

This is interesting. My 2011 PCX125 will reach low 60 mph & has averaged 111 mpg. My wife's 150 will only reach the same speed & averages 6-8 mpg less than mine? She is about 30 pounds heavier than me but lighter than the majority of riders on here. When we ride together, our speeds stay bet...

Use both hand brakes at the same time, like taught in the MSF class & you'll have no problems.
