Re: Nice ride, today.

Under "refueling," my owner's manual says... "Tank Capacity: 3.0 US gal (11.5 liters)" Under "Instruments" it says... "Fuel gauge Needle in the red (E) mark, remaining fuel approximately 0.95 US gal (3.6 liters)" Under "Average fuel consumption meter"...

Re: Nice ride, today.

Good question... I assumed it's US gallons. I will check the owner manual today and let you know if it says anything about it.

Re: Cheap clock & thermometer

I did notice that the clocks all show temp in degrees C. One of them says it only shows degrees C. So, those folks in the US might want to consider that before ordering.

Re: Cheap clock & thermometer

Taz, Regarding the ' 2in1 Car Auto Bicycle LCD Clip-on Digital backlight Automotive Thermometer Clock ' - do you know what type of batteries it takes? I bought one but it did not arrive with batteries :( I emailed the ebay seller but didn't receive a reply. Hoping you might still have it. Thanks, R...

Re: Nice ride, today.

I am at 250 miles on mine. The fuel economy gauge has gone up from 60 on the first tank to 68 on the second tank. I haven't actually checked it using the trip meter.

I also love my Forza. I "downgraded" from a bigger bike, but it was the right choice for me. :)

Re: PCX for dedicated high mileage commuter.

Have you considered the Honda CTX700ND? It's an automatic bike and gets 70 mpg. It's downside is that it's a bit more expensive than the scooters. The non-auto version is (CTX700N) starts at $6999, the autos (CTX700ND) starts at $7999. I got mine for $7300 (plus tax, title, and destination charges)....

Re: mirror extenders - cross posted from gallery section

Nice coat and helmet. I'm looking at 2 coats. One is the Olympia Airglide 4 Jacket, but it's really pricey. http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/3/12/108/56417/ITEM/Olympia-Womens-Airglide-4--Mesh-Tech-Jacket.aspx? The other is Tour Master Women's Motive Jacket http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/1...

Re: mirror extenders - cross posted from gallery section

Maybe I sit funny, maybe it's my bulky jacket (had to buy it to fit my butt, so it's too big elsewhere. Ladies, u hear me?). Maybe I'm just defective. With them, I find I can just glance at the mirrors, as opposed to having to kinda lean and fuss around. Quicker and safer mirror checks. I hear ya. ...

Re: Rode the Forza Today...

That was funny Meissinger. I can picture the split second panic you must have felt as that happened! Darth- glad to see you on this forum, I remember you on the CTX forum. Did you test the PCX or just went straight to the Forza? I have loved my PCX, but because I ride 55 roads every work day to com...

Re: New from Ohio

So Darth, how's the CTX holding up for you? I only found out yesterday that this is an "automatic" bike, let alone that *any* motorcycle could be automatic. I've seen this model at my dealer and LOVED the styling of it, but had no idea it could have been what I bought since I didn't want ...

Re: Cover for Forza

Sure! :P I did notice that they have "live chat." Maybe you can find out if it's in stock that way, or call them? I didn't read anywhere about the covers inside fabric (soft?) The Walmart cover is light weight, easy to use, covers the entire bike....and cost friendly. No lining. Just ligh...

Darth (< :P Ha! Worked! Caught the rascal!) Is this the one? http://www.powersportsuperstore.com/Show-Chrome-Ultragard-Dust-Cover-Cruiser-DC-4-p/4592576.htm Yes. Thank you for helping. I did find that cover, but that site does not say whether it is in stock. I've bought from them before with no tro...

Re: Cover for Forza

I'm using a bed sheet for now. It doesn't quite cover everything. But, I may just get a second one (cheapo) to cover the rest. However, I figured if I'm going to buy something, I might as well get a cover that fits the bike.

Burlap is kinda scratchy. I want to keep the paint nice!

Re: New member, and some newb questions

I bought a windshield for my Forza and it made a huge improvement in the handling of the bike. I think you'd love one. I'm not sure about the specifics of the combined braking system on the PCX150, but on most bikes the front brakes do about 80% of the braking when you use both brakes together. Get ...

Re: Cover for Forza

I did type Darth, came up Earth, sorry 'bout that! Wanted to add that the cover I linked is waterproof too. Nice. Me, I have a cover from Wally World (Walmart) size large I believe, for my PCX used as a dust cover. They may sell them online as well. LOL. That rascally spell check! Thanks for the li...

Re: Forza ABS Review: A non scooter riders impressions.

Darth, Thanks for the ownership feedback. I love reading your posts. Living in NY and not having test rides available, I lean heavily on users like you reporting details. With the imminent arrival of the Burgman 200, we will have the PCX 150, Burg 200, Forza 300, and Burg 400. A very nice spread of...

Re: Forza ABS Review: A non scooter riders impressions.

I agree almost 100% with the observations of the original poster. The Forza is a wonderful machine. Very comfortable to ride. I especially LOVE how easy it handles, especially at low speeds. I do agree that it doesn't handle bumps as smoothly as the bigger motorcycle I had, but I would not say it's ...

Cover for Forza

I'm currently using a sheet to keep the dust off my Forza, but it doesn't quite fit right and I'd like to get a nice soft cover. I want to use it to cover it in my garage and/or basement (I have a door in my basement, so I can store my Forza and Ruckus down there in winter), so I don't need a super ...
