Re: F a s t Rack

To be honest, I haven't used it much, but it's stayed on my bike all this time. It's still secure and tight on the back of the seat--just as snug as the day I put it on. The only drawback I see is the Velcro straps press on the foam padding on the underside of the seat, so I suspect if I did remove ...

Re: Right brake lever not adjustable?

My husband has the same issue, although his fingers aren't shorter. The brake on the left is visibly sticking out way farther than the right. I actually was a bit worried, but his breaks seem to be OK. I'm not quite sure why they aren't even, though. Well, this is the exact opposite of the problem ...

Exactly. Just seems like it's understood that Maddie IS the mascot.

(But dang...that other little guy/gal is awfully cute!)

Re: 2013 PCX 150 USA Real World Speed Information/reviews

That light weight that is so great at slow speeds becomes a liability at higher speeds. The PCX is comfortable up to about 55 mph, then starts showing its light weight after that. Yes, the bike can do 65 (with my 190 pounds on the seat), but it isn't comfortable nor solid-feeling. That engine that ...

Re: Right brake lever not adjustable?

Well, darn. But thanks for the answer. It's weird - my husband has the same bike, but his levers are completely "even" as they should be; same distance from the grip on the left and right. Mine are totally uneven, and the right one is simply out too far to be comfortable. I guess I'll look...

Right brake lever not adjustable?

I had my PCX in for its first service last week, and while I was there, I asked them to adjust the right brake lever so it's a bit closer, so I don't have to reach so far to grab it. (My left brake lever is perfect, at least 1/2 inch closer than the right.) While paying for the service, I asked if t...

I have one of those carriers for use with my bicycle. I would never, ever, ever consider hooking it up to a scooter...not a chance. It's simply not stable enough.

Re: F a s t Rack

Hey Kermit that does look like a perfect fit for your luggage. I'm just wondering if the two straps are enough to hold a full bag. White Noise, maybe we're thinking about this differently, but for me, the two straps that came with the Fast Rack will only hold the Fast Rack...then I would use other ...

Re: F a s t Rack

I ordered the Fast Rack, and it has arrived. Overall, I kinda dig it, and I will be keeping it. I had read a review elsewhere that talked about how it was a little rough in places and needed to be filed. I do not find that to be the case at all. The one I received is smooth as a baby's butt, as they...

Re: Anyone replaced their brake levers?

I've never replaced mine. I would like to adjust one of mine so I don't have to reach so far for it, but that's another topic. I'm not sure I'd trust the finish on these to last very long. And it looks like you have a red PCX. Do you see something in the product description about these being a good/...

Re: Stored for Winter 2013

Brrr...cold this morning, actually freezing! We had a light dusting of snow yesterday morning, some ice. Bah! That's enough for me! (Walking away muttering to self...."time to winterize Me") :( Every year, it becomes more clear to me why old people move to Florida in the winter. I guess t...

Re: F a s t Rack

I have not yet ordered the Fast Rack...still a bit undecided. I'm looking at the Biker's Friend bags, which are so stiff that they wouldn't need a rack to sit straight on the seat. I can see the Rok Straps video. I actually sent them a couple of emails a few days ago and have yet to hear back with a...
