Re: Seat bag, tail bag, or roll bag that's NOT quick release

Mel, I like your idea of the backrest/bag combo, and it's one I've considered. As much as I like the idea, I think if I did it, I would end up hating it, simply because I'd have to remove the bag every time I wanted to open/raise the seat. Do you think your small Givi top box would hold a layered, ...

Re: Are there any UK Forza owners out there?

Thanks for that gn2. I would rather go for a brand I know and trust - don't know much about Kymco or Sym - indeed, I'm not sure there are any dealers local to me but I've just had a look at both. They look quite similar to the Forza but I don't like all the plastic over the handlebars - one thing t...

Re: New to forum, and a new PCX 150 owner

Here is a pretty good explanation of how variator weights (sliders or roller) work. ok_3rkPg8aU They come in 2 different types... rollers and sliders. I see most people using sliders in the Honda Ruckus community. (I know more about Rucks than other scooter, so I'm not sure about other types.) The l...

Re: Stored for Winter 2013

I'm thinking I'll have to put my Forza away for winter soon too. It's getting to be too cold to ride. I keep hoping to get out a bit more though. Fortunately, the basement to my house has a walk-in double-wide door and I can bring both of my scoots (my Ruckus and my Forza) inside for winter. I'll pu...

Re: You would not believe what I saw at a Dealer today!

I thought the Forza looked big at first too, but after I drove it, then I realized how light it feels because the center of gravity is so low. It is WAY easier to maneuver than a 700 cc bike I had. However, I am keeping my 50 cc scooter because I love the fun factor of it. I'm hoping to find a PCX15...

Re: Seat bag, tail bag, or roll bag that's NOT quick release

Why not get a top case? It will do what you want and you can take them off pretty easily if you don't want it on your bike all the time.

Re: Are there any UK Forza owners out there?

We can only get the Forza in red here in the US. I would much rather have a gray (silver) one. The red is ok though. It's very bright and makes me more visible to other drivers.

Also, if/when you get the Forza, please consider buying the taller windscreen. It's well worth having.

Re: Are there any UK Forza owners out there?

I don't live in the UK, but I have had my Forza for a little over a month and I'm very happy with it. Let me tell you about how I ended up getting mine... I started riding this summer on 50cc Honda Ruckus (which I still have and like it a lot). After I took the Motorcycle Safety Course and got my li...

Re: You would not believe what I saw at a Dealer today!

That's a great deal on that Forza. I think both bikes (PCX150 and the Forza) are great, so you can't lose no matter which one you get. I got the Forza because I already have a 50cc Ruckus. So, I wanted something that would readily do highway speeds with some power to spare for passing. I love my For...

Re: Anybody have a rear bracket on their Forza?

I'm considering buying the rear bracket for my Forza. I'd like to be able to strap things to the back. The rear bracket is about $100 (ouch). Has anybody purchased this bracket? Anybody got the rear trunk (which is an additional $275 plus $25 for key cylinder and key body part)? I think it's crazy ...

Re: Nice ride, today.

I wish I could have had a scooter when I was in grad school. I had to hoof it back and forth to campus. But I was renting half a duplex with some other grad students only 1 mile from the lab. It was a nice walk except in winter.
