Re: Maddiedog's 170cc PCX

What brings the madmax injector. I have only installed the 170cc from Rzracing with the stock injector. It's ride fine with more power and going at once to 69 mph. What schould i win with changing the injector? Pcx125 esp-2013 If your stock injector is not maxing out (inj duty cycle less than 90% a...

Re: Seats from Thailand

Hi guys! I am a big pcp-rifle fan too, and I ride on the 190cc tuned pcx :)
I own edgun matador .25, taipan2 mutant .22 (same as cricket, but way better overall).
Now pre-ordered and waiting for all new horhe jager .30, this air rifle will kick ass!

Re: Michelin tire installed, bench & review

Does this extra profile of 140/70/R14 adds comfort? How is the cornering now?

Re: So I just splurged

Yoshi is a straight thru, and you will notice some smell without a cat. Performance-wise, you definately will feel a bit improvement on top speeds, it will accelerate faster after the 55mph . 0-60 time will be the same. This is because the pcx vario let the engine go 8000-8500 rpm only after the 55m...

Re: So I just splurged

Not that crazy loud, absolutely fine, just right loudness! On cruising it is absolutely not annoying. On my taste this is the best possible exhaust ever made :) Very nice and deep sound! Yoshimura tri-oval, that comes for earlier pcx125s sounds more aggressive! I wish to buy those, but it doesn't co...

Re: So I just splurged

I have the same Yoshi, it looks and sounds the best, imho. If you decide to take out the db killer, there are 2 pipes of them inside, take off both! I took off only first and noticed some rattle sound but couldn't identify where it comes from for a year :) And the hex bolt that fixes these db killer...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!

Well when you get a chance with weather and it's run in a bit, you could make a short vid of the acelaration from 0-100 and post it on YouTube.. On another note, does it say anywhere about using 10% ethanol for Pcx fuel? Would it be safe on internals? I just filled my car with e10 unleaded and ther...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!

I'd love to fit 150 intake valve in my 125 head and polish just the exhaust port... I have a yuminashi intake manifold which is mirror polished inside but it has same port diameter as the head intake port. Is yours actually bigger than the port? I shaved around 1mm from the sidewall, so the head in...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!

Hi all! Finished with the pipe with this. Looks shitty, 2-piece construction with some internal imperfections, but with a perfect shape. I have to add one more wide bracket in the middle for sure. Just tired searching for this 50mm pipe around, may be later I will see it somewhere and cut :) Heh, to...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!

Hello, pcx people! just finished polishing the swingarm! Looks awesome in my opinion! Still didn't try the new engine, it is hard snow ouside and I still can not find the proper 50mm intake pipe to complete the intake assemlby. Will try to do a search in a truck/bus shops.. it seems that cars don't ...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!

Now I am thinking to polish the rear swingarm to mirror, buy ohlins rear shocks in Thailand, and some nice anodized parts to complete the look. Don't want to make a cristmass tree like mr. Max Tremo have :) Everything should be clean and nice! :) mr. Roman promices 19.5hp at the wheel and 0-100 time...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!

Yes I have! but I have no long harness kit, webike didnt have it for sale, so I will have to take off the front side plastic each time to have an access to imap port. But! Roman said preloaded map3 will work just fine with this kit, so I will not have to mess with programming, just switch it to map3...

Re: Pcx Yuminashi Chainsaw 164!

Today I did a first start of my new 190cc engine from RZRacing, everything runs smooth and fine! Full set of yuminashi intake parts, RZ long-stroke crankshaft, RZ nikasil cylinder, etc. Still can not ride my scooter, +1C and snow outside, so have time to sort out with the air filter box cutting, wir...

Re: YSS Shocks adjustment

I suppose there should be kind a YSS stick in the package, use it to rotate that big nut upside the spring. Rotating this nut you are compressing the spring, giving it more preload. More preload=stiffer spring, firmer ride. Your spring is made for a 70-90kgs rider weight, so if you are in 70-90kgs, ...

Re: YSS Shocks adjustment

You can adjust only the spring preload on these shocks, try to change settings on your taste.
