Re: nearly came off again tonight, wheel slipped again. no b
For winter riders you have black ice which you cant see. In England I fell off bikes 2 or 3 times (at low speed) on black ice. We even get it here in the hills in winter.

Re: ...Saddlebags...
Can you point out to Wingyap that you run a PCX forum and can get several orders if the price is right. I would buy them for $200 or so. I will be in Singapore in 2 mths so will try and track the company down and negotiate!

Re: New Mirrors
Ive gone and ordered mirror extenders off eBay now. Guess you need them for any tall windscreen if you want to use the stearing lock. I also bought a new set of hex drivers, hopefully stronger metal and they are longer shaped L so hopefully more torque!

Re: Motorcycle Helmets
I just bought a Shark Vision-r full face and it just fits under the seat. Seat bends a bit but no harder to lock than normal Helmet has an internal tinted visor as well as the clear visor so I can flick that down. Still use my open face a lot as like the better vision and cooling (its summer here).

Re: New Mirrors
I may still get mirror extenders as can only put on my steering lock by moving the left mirror a bit each time. But thats only because I twisted my handlebars as far fwd as possible as my arms are too long. I had to return to my dealer yesterday to get them to loosen one of the handlebar hex bolts a...

Re: New Mirrors
Thanks. I think the stock ones are plain :) But I really got these to get better clearance of my windscreen, and I have tilted my handlbars forward again to get better clearance for my long arms. By the way why do Honda have to tighten up bolts on handlebar so tight. It was a bugger twisting the bra...

Re: Anyone with a white PCX travel into london?
With the bad quality of tv shows these days maybe commuting videos will be a good thread, especially if the video is sped up! I wish I had a tail cam on my bike in this mornings commute. A cyclist was right up my exhaust for a while. I turned round thinking he was hanging onto my scooter but think h...

Re: ...Saddlebags...
Wow, they look nice and hopefully can fit a laptop. My laptop just fits under the seat but leaves no room for much else and I dont want a top box. I may be able to get a stopover in Singapore in April on way to UK for biz and I saw this other company there when I was trying to source a windscreen an...

Re: Ermax
No drumming noise. I still get some helmet noise, but less than with the stock 'windscreen'. But I do use an open face helmet. Will buy a full face soon (and before my winter) which will help. Im getting more comfortable riding in a cross wind too. Just trying to relax and accept that the scooter wi...

Re: Ermax
I have just put on the Ermax +25 tallest version as Im 192cm. Took 5 minutes to install and looks great, better in real life than photos. I like the rubber trim around the windscreen. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7152/6759189289_ccda1402d3.jpg DSCF6394 by TazPCX , on Flickr http://farm8.staticflick...
