Re: Problem with the wind
I have the same problem with the wind. For a while I had a Givi tall windscreen and that eliminated the problem with the wind, but since I had to look through the screen rather than over it, riding in rain or mist or fog got to be a big problem, so I switched to a lower screen. As soon as I switched...

Sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you'll be up and riding again soon. What kind of protective gear were you wearing and how did it hold up?

Re: Givi 323 tall windscreen
Hi, I am new to the forum and I posted to the forum last night and don't see it. But anyway I ordered a 323 Dt for my 2013 pcx 150 and thanks to maddie dog for the installation info GREAT JOB!! Re: what is the best way to shade your eyes?
I use a dark, mirrored face shield on my helmet and added a one inch strip of dark car window tint film along the top edge of the shield. The tint film is above eye level so I don't look through it but it really lessens the glare from the sun.

Re: Engine Fumes
I don't know if this will help with LA traffic, but when I first started to ride fumes bothered me, too. I always wear a full face helmet. After a while, without really thinking about it, I learned to breathe differently in different situations. Now traffic fumes, roadkill aroma, dead skunk smell, e...

Re: You would not believe what I saw at a Dealer today!
Nope. My wife can't sit on the Forza and touch the ground. The seat is just too wide for her. She can actually ride my Burgman 400 but it is too heavy for her to be able to negotiate safely on. The Forza was suppose to be her option for more horsepower but then she tried to sit on it and said, &quo...

I use "Easy Thumbnails" to get my pictures small enough to post. Before I used that, mine were also always too big to post. And Hello and Welcome to you!

In case anybody is wondering, Rocket Science is an ice cream shop that custom makes your ice cream, while you watch, using liquid nitrogen. There are hundreds of flavors and add-ins, you can order just about anything you can think of for ice cream. Always worth the trip.

Re: Free to good home
Indy, which Puig did you get, and why do you like it better than the Givi? I'm looking to put one on soon, and am looking for all opinions. Since you had both brands and settled on the Puig, I'm interested in knowing why you think it's better. Thanks! Too much helmet buffeting with the short Givi. ...

I have a Givi short windscreen and a Givi tall windscreen, if anybody wants one or the other I will ship it to you if you will reimburse the shipping cost (USA only). They each have a few thousand miles on them but are in good shape. I got a Puig windscreen and no longer want either of the Givi scre...

Re: One year ago......
Bought mine mid July. I wanted to wait until I took the MSF course to drive it. I broke my foot but finally got to ride it in September. I put 400 miles on it and it ended up in the shop. They couldn't find anything wrong, so I picked it up and put another 100 miles on it before I had to take it ba...
