Re: 2005 Suzuki V-Strom

Great looking bike! I think the Panty Liners (my wife's name for panniers) actually look right at home on the V-strom. Combined with the top box, you have a ton of secure, dry storage. How much space between the side case and the muffler? And to top things off, is that plate on top of the top box a ...

Re: Burgman 200

I haven't seen or ridden the Burgman 200 but I just can't get past the small wheels/tires. The 12 inch rear wheel is the real turn-off for me. On the other hand, I trust that the Suzuki engineers know a little more than me about designing bikes.

Re: PCX 125 Currently in storage...

If I think I won't be riding for a couple of weeks, I hook up to a battery tender just to be safe. IMO the battery is the Achilles' heel of the PCX.

Re: Iron Butt on a PCX?

That'd be torture. What speed do most people average on that ride anyway? If you allow 4 hours for comfort, fuel and rest stops you would have to average 50 mph. That ain't easy to do with traffic and traffic control devices. The computer on my car says my average speed is 37.8 mph. That includes a...

Re: My Honda PCX

I agree that the mirrors don't flatter the PCX but in the areas I ride they are essential for my safety. It would be nice if they could be smaller and more elegant but still be effective.

Re: new 2013 pcx150 discounted price

Bigger tank sounds good but in financial terms is it really worth a thousand dollars more...? I doubt it. I agree. I usually go about 120-130 miles between fuel stops which is fine with me. And, if I ride that far all at once a fuel stop is welcome for a chance to stretch my legs and maybe a comfor...

$5046.75 for a new PCX150 anyone?

I had too much time on my hands this morning so I thought what if someone were to walk into a Honda dealership and purchase a new 2013 PCX150 at full MSRP with all available Honda accessories and pay all the typical dealer fees? How much would this PCX150 cost? My Honda dealer is in Maryland so I us...
