I m from Singapore. I have also bought a variator for my PCX 150. I have installed it and it seems to have flat out about 110km/h. See the custom variator I got from Bangkok.

Variator for PCX 150
I bought this Honda PCX Variator which was custom made by Mad Max Bangkok Shop. I get a very stable upper end top speed of 110km/h.
