Priced nearly right between the pcx ($3450) and the forza ($6000) it should fill the gap quite nicely.

Mostly reiterating what has already been said... It's good the way it is for short trips. For long trips on the highway you'll need a taller windshield and a humpless seat. The stock tires don't last nearly as long as a pirelli or michelin. The rear shocks aren't very good. And if you ride very much...

I would struggle with why one would buy a small scooter. Simple, 100mpg beats the hell out of the 30mpg your average car gets. Fair point. And the wheels are too small :) The rim size isn't the whole story. For comparison you should consider the OVERALL tire/wheel diameter, i.e. tire height + rim... My original IRC rear was bald at 3,000. Replaced it with Perelli Diablo and its got 5,000 on it and is just at the wear indicators. Next up will be a city grip ;-)
