Re: Adding Honda or Givi trunk on my own?
I think Mark's stick on clock looks great and I would be happy with that. Take note of Mel's hi-vis vest as I also wear one of these as do many bike riders in my area and they really make you stand out. :o o_O o_O :o I just tried not wearing one for the first time in 6 years and did not like the fe...

Re: Adding Honda or Givi trunk on my own?
It has taken me a while to get this pic just right to upload as it was too big. I am doing this on my ipad in bed :geek: :geek: :geek: (its late Sat night here in Oz on the West Coast 12 hours ahead of the US East Coast). I am so happy to at last have a clock and yesterday when I was heading to a m...

Re: Adding Honda or Givi trunk on my own?
Yeah, I did not have the confidence (or the tools) to attempt this so this was one thing I decided to let the dealership do. 8) 8) 8) Got it this week and I am really happy with it. :D I have owned two scooters before (still have my 2nd Honda Lead 100c) and always have a top box and actually includ...

Re: Dealer installed USB power and RAM Mount
Yup- that makes sense then. My dealership charges $140 per hour for installation which is why I declined their quote to fit my new windshield as they wanted a full 1 hour fee but I knew better thanks to maddiedog's "how to" instructions. So, I did it myself. I got them to do my top box th...

Re: Dealer installed USB power and RAM Mount
Wow $180 is a hell of a lot of $$$ for that. I hope you get good use out of it. I wouldn't. I got my new seat from Thailand for that price and I considered that money well spent. How's that hump treating ya Dustin?

Re: One of many reasons i love Pcx
I just put a top box on mine this week as under my seat is full of stuff; lock, wet weather gear, spare scarf. I like the hook idea.

Re: Absent for a few days....
Sincerest condolences to you Scuuter and your wife and family. :( :( :( I feel your pain, sadness & shock and I am really glad you have shared it with us. I lost my mum last year very suddenly and my dad died 5 months later of a broken heart leaving me blown away. Life isn't all about scooters....

Congrats Dustin. Looks like you might suffer my problem and keep going out to look at it. Some great advice here for you so make sure you learn as much as you can about your scoot, riding, safety and maintenance.
Happy days.

Re: New seat from powerbypcx
Sorry guys I've been awol.   Anyway, seems everyone's questions are answered. Getting the seat really was the best thing for me and I have been so much happier. I showed my local Honda dealer and they were impressed and blown away at how cheap it was coming from Thailand (they would...

Re: New seat from powerbypcx
Hi ~Cheap_Ride~. It only took 2 weeks. Very impressed with that. My local Honda shop is taking longer than to get me a windscreen.
Yeah Taz- I'm loving my Shark after 6 years of some crappy el-cheapo helmet. I have the s900 darkin and I am not noticing much noise at all.

Re: Close to home...
Welcome and greetings from the West Coast of Australia. Yes- nice photo- though any scene with a PCX in the foreground makes good photography. ;) Awesome quote maddiedog- that's exactly how I feel. I have never gone for drives (in a car) just for the sake of it yet when I got my first scooter that'...

New seat from powerbypcx
I have got my new seat from powerbypcx. I am so stoked. :D :) :D It looks as good as I hoped on the scoot, is super comfy on my butt and allows me to sit back to where I need to be. :D :D :D I was so happy when I took it for a spin. I had my eye on this one for a while but the powerbypcx site had i...

Re: My new Givi bag is here
Hi Fez, It would be water resistant but not water proof as water could get into through the zipper areas. It comes with a water-proof bag to put over it so I will keep that under the seat. Yes- I will leave the bag on the bike even though anyone that knows the clips are just under the seat could tak...

My new Givi bag is here
Hooray, my new Givi tank bag has arrived. :D :D :D I ordered it through my local Honda dealership and got it cheaper than if I had ordered it myself (freight was significantly cheaper). I have hooked it under the seat as per the instructions (and the tip with photos from an earlier post by ms_spark...

Hi chainsaw & congrats on purrl. :) :) Welcome. I am also in Perth (down Freo way) and have recently acquired my new red PCX150. I am also waiting patiently for new seat from powerbypcx Thailand to arrive (hopefully next week). I am happy to give up the helmet area as I have ordered a top box to...
