Re: New here

White is the best colour i think. I had a white one and i didnt have anyone pull out on me once in the year of riding. Still be very careful though, it doesnt mean they wont.

Re: My PCX

I actually emailed admiral before just to see how much it would cost and i specifically asked if i would still be covered in an accident if these were fitted. They said it would be £17.50 to declare them and i would still be covered.

Re: My PCX

i didnt actually email them, someone on uk mkiv's did. I dont have HID's. As long as they are in a projector housing (maaaaybe the H7R bulbs in a reflector housing?) and the beam pattern and colour is correct , you wont get any problems.

That's a problem with the stupidity of the person, not the bike
Whenever I was standing with the bike I always made sure my hands were covering the brake anyway, and I would always turn it off before I got off.

If I was gonna change the seat I'd go for something like these, they look so comfy. Although I've got no idea about cost or where you would get them. You might find that you need to duct tape down the idle stop switch if you change the seat, depending on the seat and how you sit. No biggie though it...

I like em. Black and red always looks good. Not a fan of the red seat hump though, from behind you would look like a baboon

I think it came down to as long as the beam pattern is ok and there not dazzling people, and there not a stupid blue or purple colour there generally accepted. They really need to be in a projector housing, not reflector to have a decent beam pattern though. There has been ALOT of talk about it on t...

Judging by this ad, the UK PCX is getting a real actual colour soon.

Re: stop /start test

What i dont like about it is if it cuts in and you stand up taking your weight of the seat the engine is completely cut out requiring a button start. Weird, this has never happened to me. Thats cus your bagpipes are heavy enough to weigh the seat down at all times  Apologies for my racism...

Anyone sold a vehicle on ebay before?

You should get about £1400/£1500 from a dealership right? I'm probably going to sell mine shortly too, had any luck on the PCX forums at all? Bikes now sold. See the for sale thread in marketplace section. I did get a bit of interest from forums but putting it on gumtree and preloved and other site...

I wouldn't get LED's as headlights. They don't actually shoot a beam pattern and you wouldn't be able to see where you were going. If you wanted it exactly the same as the LED colour you would need a HID kit which is very pricey. You can get close to the LED colour with some standard halogen bulbs b...
