Re: Paint and Pinstripe
Thanks for the inspiration! I agree, the stock fender is too big, and the eliminator kits are high priced for what they include. I have a hacksaw and a file (and a sawzall, grinder, nail gun, belt sander...etc) as well as a day off tomorrow, so we'll see what happens.

Is it the bobbed rear fender? I like where you're going with that, thinking of trimming mine down as well.jlhog wrote:Can anyone see from the pictures what I need to finish when I can get the scooter in the garage and up on my lift table? I just cannot work on the basement floor well even if it is carpeted.

Yes, great post, thanks for sharing all the pictures! Never been to Florida, but it looks like a pretty cool scooter scene.

Re: Honda PCX 150 Overall Length and Height, and width
I've got approximately 76" long (front of tire to tip of tail), 29" full width of the handlebars and 44" high at the top of the stock windscreen (which is just a little higher than the handlebars).

There's a group of us planning on making it up to Phoenix for the rally on the 6th. but I have some inside information that it may be cancelled or postponed, we'll see!

After 6 years of riding a '65 Vespa VBB 150, it was time to upgrade to something modern. At a recent rally in Phoenix, a friend of a friend was nice enough to let me test ride her PCX150 and I was hooked. Picked mine up a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with it!
