New PCX 150 owner...finally

3 months after my initial PCX order I finally got it, my new red PCX 150! 3 months ago, in March, I ordered a white PCX 125. It was sold out and because of floodings in Thailand it would be the end of May until I could get one. And then, in May, the word came out that there would be a PCX 150 by the...

Re: Best colour PCX?

I finally got my red PCX 150 two days ago. The red color is very depending on the light conditions. If it's sunny it looks bright red, when it's cloudy it's dark red. I was driving with the sun on my righthand side en it seemed that I had a PCX made out of two colors, dark red on the left and bright...

Why is the S-Wing 'far' better? I guess it should be considering the price difference. It's bigger for sure but that's just the reason why I bought the PCX, for it's low weight. So gn2, please explain why it's far better.

That's indeed a ripoff! I hope they don't charge me as much next week!

Re: Best colour PCX?

I think all the colors (white, black, grey and red) are very nice. Difficult to make a choice. I've changed my order from a white PCX125 to a red PCX150. Hope to get it this week!

Re: pcx parked up for now

I've bought (ordered) my PCX because it's cheap (a Joyride costs almost 50 percent more!), has great fuel economy, is lightweight and looks great. In all these points the PCX wins over the Sym Joyride.

Re: Honda Thailand recalls PCX 150

Honda has given a GO for the PCX150 in Holland. My dealer told me I could pickup my PCX150 next week. That's just in time to make 500 miles/800 km's, get first service and leave for Spain the week after. :D

Re: Honda Thailand recalls PCX 150

What tires are on the PCX150? I've ordered a 150 in Holland. Hope mine won't have the problem or get changed immediately because I'm going for a 7000 to 8000 km trip within two weeks after getting my PCX150. Therefore I can't use a delay. Went to the Honda dealer last thursday. My PCX150 is in Belg...

Wrong way round, a scooter is basically a motorcycle. :ugeek:

Got mine on May 9th in Thailand. And yes - a red one.
I've ordered a red one! How do you like it? I thought I've read somewhere else on this forum that you don't have much mileage on it yet?

Re: Gear / Helmet discussion (split off from Ermax thread)

I don't like the 'real' gear because it feels very uncomfortable to me. But lately I've seen the jeans with kevlar patches around the knees and thighs (also jackets available). That looks a good compromise to me! Has anyone experience with kevlar jeans or something like it? How is the comfort when w...

I can give you no word on whether it works or not, haven't tried it yet, actually ;) . And quite frankly, I'll be more comfortable if I manage to skip the chance to test it, you know. I bought it at Carrefour. Don't know if you have those in The Netherlands (guess you do), but it was there, and it ...

Re: Flat tire

It is also possible that if you replace the tyre the new one could be accidentally irreparably damaged before the old plugged one would have worn out. This is also true. But it's also possible that he could be run over by an airplane on the way to work. Did you read that on the news. An airplane we...

Most tyres have wear indicators in the tread, when the tyre wears down to the limit these show as solid bars across the tread. http://www.halfordsautocentres.com/Images/site/Tyres/Images/Tyre%20wear%20indicators.JPG However you should check the legal limits for your country as these may be differen...

Re: Hello everyone

If the genuine Honda topcase rack does need drilling too then I've paid far too much for it (well, actually I haven't paid yet since I'm still waiting for my new PCX with rack), could have saved a lot by buying Givi! Well, at least my dealer said he would place the rack on the bike so I don't have t...
