You don't have to do a repaint, just wrap it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yk5rWnpgh_8
It is much cheaper, easier and it will protect original paint.

Re: New bike clock
Sooo, today I received my clock from the link above. It looks great, BUT: - clock is for 22 mm handlebar diameter. PCX has 22 mm, but only in the middle and this clock is wider than the space between handlebar mounts, so I had to mount it on side - that wouldn't be a problem, but handlebar has diame...

Re: How to make brakes stiffer?
Thank you for your advices. maddiedog: I will try that chainsaw: I thought about links for brake setting in general. Reinforced brake hoses are interesting, but I don't feel like I need them. I was satisfied with brake stiffness when bike came from service, I would like to get back to that stifness ...

How to make brakes stiffer?
Hello, I would like to make my brakes stiffer. They were pretty stiff right after regular service, but now, 1000 km later I feel that levers are softer (I have to push more to get the same braking force). Is there any guide on how to set up brakes correctly? I think the rear brake is being set by sc...

Re: My New Scoot and Security....
Kryptonite cable will draw back only amateurs. It is very easy to cut it with proper tools. Only thick chain can slow down professionals. Here is one test (in slovak language): http://motoride.sk/c/1014/test-moto-zamkov-master-lock-jeden-zo-styroch-otvoreny.html Result: - steel cord protected with s...

Re: First Service
Not a dealer, "certified service". Here in Slovakia we have different companies doing service for Hondas and they are certified, so warranty goes on. I didn't mention dealers only

Re: Battery care
The battery shouldn't stay for a long time in room with temperature below 5 degrees Celsius (40 F). It can cause higher discharge and possibly lower battery lifetime. Many stories confirm this :) So if you have a garage without heating, it is recommended to take battery out and store it in warmer pl...

Re: First Service
Here is the official maintenance schedule. You have to send your bike for service to official Honda certified service if you don't want to lose warranty.

Re: Maximum weight for PCX 125 and PCX 150 please...
You can carry 180 kg (so total maximum weight is 308 kg). The weird thing is, that in english manual they say you should have the same tire pressure as for driver only (200/225 kPa), but in czech manual they say to have 250 kPa in back tire while driving with passenger

I found some new photos, it looks gorgeous! I tried watch too, but it survived only 13 kilometers. I guess it was killed by vibrations. These bike clocks should resist common vibrations and last much longer time

Re: Windscreen - Ermax vs. Givi?
I am currently trying to solve the same question. I wanted the Givi screen, but I found that with my height (6'1" = 185 cm) I would get a lot of helmet noise. So I am also 100 % sure to buy Ermax +25 cm. However, don't you have issues with mirrors hitting the windshield at full wheel lock? I ha...
