If you're asking wether or not it's spring loaded, yes it is. It will slowly unwind and auto tighten the cam chain as it stretches over time. You will probably never need to touch it at all.

The honda service manual is available from Helm Inc. for under $50. Great investment. Or, if you need help, start a new thread, and people with manuals (and others) will always chime in.

The valve adjustment is very easy to do yourself... Would save you tons of coin, and make the PCX cheaper in the long run for sure.

the stock screen scratches very easily. I put a mark in mine when cleaning it with a paper towel. If you want to even it all out I would get the finest sand paper you can find and buff it all in the same direction, like streamlined with the wind.
