Re: PCX150 for a 5'3" girl with short legs?
Here it is! Got her to agree to a picture under one condition: I couldn't show her face because she was "post-work gross" She says she can firmly plant the ball of both her feet on the ground. She can also rock the scooter back and forth a little like that too. She has a 26" ins...

Here ya go! http://cycle-ergo.com/ Looks like it might be a bit of a stretch for you to flat foot the scooter when stopped. You could possibly work around the issue wearing boots with a heel, or sliding forward on the seat. Good luck and let us know what decision you make! Also let me know if you wo...

Hey there Kim! Not too sure but my fiancée is 5'1" so a similar height! I'll ask her if she wouldn't mind me taking a picture of her on the scooter. Not too sure on her inseam but I'm sure it's similar. Try searching "motorcycle ergonomics" on google. There's some websites where you c...

Re: About to buy a pcx 150 - couple questions
That video almost reminds me of my daily commute, just mine would be about 75% speed as him. Motorcycles and scooters weave JUST like that all over the city in LA. Cant speak for the rest of California, but I do know its legal in the whole state. I save about 20 min on my 12 mile commute home by tak...

If you're asking wether or not it's spring loaded, yes it is. It will slowly unwind and auto tighten the cam chain as it stretches over time. You will probably never need to touch it at all.qed wrote:

The honda service manual is available from Helm Inc. for under $50. Great investment. Or, if you need help, start a new thread, and people with manuals (and others) will always chime in.

The valve adjustment is very easy to do yourself... Would save you tons of coin, and make the PCX cheaper in the long run for sure.

Re: Helmet Cheek pads for Glasses
Or maybe you need different glasses. I have two pair. One pair has a wire frame and wire "arms?" that I have no issues with my HJC helmet. The other pair has plastic arms and I have NO chance of wearing them comfortably with my helmet. Either the glasses or the Helmet have to change... sorry

Re: How-To: Install a K&N Air Filter / Replace Your Air Filt
the stock air filter is designed to be disposed and replaced when the time comes. I would not recommend trying to clean it. I purchased my K&N so I wouldn't have to buy another one ever again. They're very easy to wash and oil. You can use a K&N filter on just about every engine that utilize...

Re: How to: Oil Change for Honda PCX
hey there! How are you checking your oil? The mark that you have indicated is WAY over full. o_O you should be just placing the dipstick on top of the threads only without screwing it in. Pull the dipstick out, wipe it clean. Then place the dipstick on top of the threads. The full mark is the top of...

Re: Hello fellow PCXers
the stock screen scratches very easily. I put a mark in mine when cleaning it with a paper towel. If you want to even it all out I would get the finest sand paper you can find and buff it all in the same direction, like streamlined with the wind.
