Re: honda pcx...too nice??

A news like this makes me want to apply the HISS (not effective if the thieves moved the scoot to van/truck) but it seems
Honda refuse to sell HISS module outside Japan. The Forza have it tough.

Re: Red paint & hello from London

I managed to avoid minor scratch to happen in my pcx by cover the panel with clear/transparent sticker. It takes a day, a sharp cutter, a bottle of soap and water solution, a heat gun / hair dryer, and about 3-4 m sticker (cost about $20-25). Just make sure you wash your PCX thoroughly and wax the p...

Re: H.I.S.S for PCX

Yes it's Immobilizer system tied to the Injection Control Unit in Honda if I'm not mistaken. I see in Honda Japan
they offer the module but must be installed by qualified technician.

H.I.S.S for PCX

Did anyone ever tried to obtain HISS module for PCX from Honda?
I see that in Japan they offer the module for PCX, also in Forza they have HISS built in as a standard.
Thanks for any info.

Re: How is the suspension of the PCX 150?

Here in Brazil and there in Portugal, we have got a very bad rear suspension. Really bad one. There are a lot of users changing they rear suspension or trying to fix it out. They use to insert a kind of teflon ring on the spring to get some tension on it. Look at this picture on the first post of t...

Re: New pcx colors?

They have new color in Thailand: Matte Black and Brown. AFAIK Honda think everybody like white, especially in SE Asia where the demand is high. That's why they have so many of them but looks like they send it to wrong region. As a result in here people can sold their used white PCX with the same pri...

thanks gn2, will check the oil, actually replace it this week. anyone have the solution for taking the connector off? does it just need to be pried off? Why would you want to remove it? If you just want to remove the GIVI top box, just put the cap on connector provided by GIVI when you purchase the...

To give a rough picture of different windshield on PCX, I use white noise photo as a base
and draw other windshield outline around Givi 322 ST. Hope it helps.

Re: School boy error after only 250 miles!

Why didn't the seat pressure switch stop this from happening? I have no idea Taz! If I'm honest I didn't even realise the bike had such a function. It would have saved me a big headache if it did (work) Do you have the PCX 150 or PCX 125? If you have 150 (and probably new batch of 125 if Honda stil...

Re: Idle Stop Accident

On PCX 150 Honda remove the seat sensor, so the idle stop will still engage when you get off from PCX. Unless you turn off the PCX engine also. Luckily whenever I do that (i.e opening fence to enter or leave home) I always use side stand. Since PCX Side Stand have kill engine switch it also turn off...

Re: How much did you pay for your PCX?

In Indonesia (Jakarta and greater area) you have to pay about US$ 3537 (IDR 43300000) for new PCX 150 since gov just raise road tax. You also have to wait about 5-6 month till delivery and 1-3 month again for all papers work to be completed. Sorry my mistake for mistype it's actually (IDR 34300000)...
