Re: Sunny 84, gusting 111mpg

maybe its almost out of gas, drawing fume! You know I read the gage might be a little screwy, the reason I was even looking at the mpg. Rarely do you get better than advertised so I will forgive Honda for jacking me up on oil.

Sunny 84, gusting 111mpg

Short ride to Honda for a quart of over priced who-de-who brand oil must be getting a spiff tried to darken my ride, but I was grinning on the way home when I noticed this... and that was a fairly level ride WITH the 10 dollar motor oil on board.

I get the shocks and tire are going to become the next thing to beef up after a tidy tail and you want to show a symmetrical balance... but the suspense!

... a lovely piece of foam (emergency bedding?) Hmmm, I would be nervous when a dealer give me some emergency bedding. Is the bike that bad that I need to anticipate being stranded at the side of the road. ;) :) It's very generous they put anything in your tool kit... I got squat for tools, but a l...

Re: Faulty fuel gauge?

Fuel gauges in small tanks are usually very inaccurate. Odd to rely on them, normal to use the tripmeter. Did not know this... was totally reliant on the fuel bars. So you fill your 2 gal tank and set the trip as your default display then fill up when you are approaching 200 miles. This is news to ...

Like the graphics on that. I imagine you could introduce just about any third color to the white bike and not go wrong, one reason I did not choose black. I always liked Kawasaki green :) but might not get me proper handling down at Honda  That's a 2014 beside a 2015, going to be different if ...

Re: Motorcycle Helmets

Been reading thru this. Lots of good info, but i've noticed some facts are missing and/or havent been addressed. Used helmets are fine, but never when they've been down (doesnt matter how minor, unless its been factory recertified, its as good a garbage). Majority of manufactures rate helmet lifesp...

Re: Windshield Question New Member!

Thanks homey! The Forza is pretty fast! I've been up to 80-85ish so far but I'm still breaking it in so I'm supposed to go easy on it LOL! Yep, the main issue with the honda tall windshield is not wind blast, it handles that quite well. The issue is with the wind noise around my helmet. 80+ would m...

I want a backrest that is not just a butt-hump, but one that you can actually lean back against. Curious to see a pic of yours Mel46! You want a mid-seat cc-bar on the PCX... (trying not to get flamed) 8) I would bolt that on if it didn't take much to take it off. Because of all the plastic attach ...

Welcome Ron! I'm sure someone will be with you shortly on the matter of windshields for the BIG RED! That was presumptuous of me, don't those come in some other color too? Shields must play a roll in riding that I don't yet understand, If I was to guess its the darn helmet noise because the wind doe...

Oh yes, note we are riding on a revised engine for the 2015 PCX. If we are winners or losers with Honda's changes are yet to be realized. Might want to extend your warranty.

Welcome! wave... Thank you for joining the growing 2015 PCX riders, we need you. My 'midnight express' is rapidly becoming something I love and wake for naturally. The brief s...
