Strange thing is I don't see an IAT sensor in PCX...
Anyone knows?
In my car it's before the TBI but in PCX does not seem to have that sensor before the TBI.

Re: Legal modifications for extra speed
Beautiful Portugal!!
120km/h it's around 74 miles per hour. Mine already toped out aroud 82 mp/h downhill with JCosta vario and I believe my outter pulley is worn so it's possible to achieve 132 km/h or 82mp/h.

Re: Legal modifications for extra speed
Both Polini and Malossi varios should give good top end and acceleration. In the Polini if you install 7 or 7.5gr Dr. Pulley sliders the scooter will be crazy fast believe me!! This guy have this combo and you can see what it can do. JPHTRGv5jLY Also Malossi have good results for what I've seen peop...

Re: Dr. Pulley & Contra spring testing
I have in my PCX 125 esp 12gr Dr. Pulley with Polini contra spring and this is the result. At 1:42 you can see my glove in front of the cam. This was to know that I'm in uphill. I lost from 132km/h with JCosta vario to around 128 or so an...

Sorry but I'm a bit lost here. So my pcx 125 it's the first esp I bought it in 2013 but I think it is 2012 model cause if I'm not wrong the first generation is from 2010/2011.
This kit will fit fine on mine?

Re: Maximizing your Dr. Pulley sliders
So I changed from 15gr to 12gr and I'm loving it!! For now the project will stop. I think it's more than enough and I don't want to spend a lot of money to get more speed in the 125cc PCX. I will save some money that's why I bought this litle scooter and for next year I hope I can upgrade to a Forza...

Re: Maximizing your Dr. Pulley sliders
Sure I am happy but even so I want to tune or try to understand why one of my favorite PCX video I can ear by engine sound that RPM keep's the same for long until 110kph and after that it goes the rest of the RPM range and mine for example hold until 100 and then continue to the limiter. Different v...

Re: Maximizing your Dr. Pulley sliders
Sure and I know that. I have to test better some day. Other thing I've saw was the clutch pulley's are a lot black. Probably is also the culprit but i don't have the 39mm socket to disassemble the clutch and give it a good clean. In the last hour I changed the oil. Let's see how it would perform fro...

Re: Maximizing your Dr. Pulley sliders
I did not take pictures but I changed the belt for a reinforced one I had here. Side by side the stock one seemed to be 2mm less wider than the other. Could be the culprit here. I did also a sand paper in everything and it seemed fine for the little test I did. But I tested with only 3 sliders! I kn...

My car use 60 mm and in the moment is running a pod filter so I think you should not have problems with it.
