How long are they lasting for those who have had their bikes for awhile?
I'm just now getting my rear tire replaced at 6,800 miles because the wear bars began to show. I was wondering if this is about average?
Anyone replace their front tires yet? At what mileage would you normally expect that?

6800 on an IRC rear is pretty good.
Both the two I had didn't last anywhere near that.
First one was worn past the limit at less than 5000 miles and the second one was through to the canvas at less than 7000.
Michelin City Grips last much longer.
When I sold my PCX at 18,000 miles it still had the original front tyre on and there was thousands of miles left on it.
Two owners later that front tyre was still looking OK.
