I have a transmission garnish thats not wanted if your in the UK its yours for free, any takers ?

i was goin to use mine until i decided to paint my cover black, now it just looks silly

I think the black looks cool too. I would have gone with flat black instead of gloss, but still, its cooler than stock. :)

the flat black did look good and now it's a bit mucky looks flat now, but the gloss matches the body work and eventually i plan on replacing the air filter box with either a carbon look or really carbon fibre.

but back on topic, i will dig my garnish out and give that away once PT63's is gone

Hi Woolley,when i placed the garnish against the cover i felt it did'nt stand out to well, so i did'nt put it on.

yea ,have to agree with you,i just not a good product,but i did buy the genuine air box cover which i am pleased with, good quality and great fit ;)

thats better service than most things ive paid for in the past over the internet :lol:
I can see what you mean by the fitment, i did have to bend it slightly to get it to fit. It said in the instructions to clean it with "ispropyl alcohol", I didnt have any of that, so i used cillit bang :lol: It seems pretty solid on there though, hopefully it stays that way.
Heres some pics, although space in my garage is very limited so couldnt get a wide angle pic. (Theres newspaper on the floor cus my dad spilled oil)

the air box one is very good,can recommend it,gr8 fit
