Stretching it out looks good of you don't molest the bike like in the photo above.

Here is what i want to go for.

Dang! How far back is that one, 6 inches? How far down does it drop the bike? I would think a 3 inch move would be about as far back as I would safely want to go.

one trick you can do to see if its lowered is look how long the kick stand leg is, and of course the angle the bike is sitting although you can not tell in that picture
if that looks like the normal height then its just stretched

you can always lower the rear super easy when making the stretch
but for the front you have to do a little work to lower it yourself

what would be nice is the option to select either a lower rear shock mount, or standard
but that adds costs as you have to make parts that may never sell

its always safer to make the shock mount so its still the standard height when stretched
you can always find lower rear shocks easily online

this is my favorite one

Many of these bikes in Thailand also install a hydraulic kit to raise the bike. IMO, not real practical for regular riding but I think it would be fun to play with.

Stretched and possibly using a mono shock setup under the seat.

ive found quite a few recently online
trying to see how the are made
but looks like they are all around 4 inches I think

some dont come with rear shock mounts
and some even around $80 but not sure if they ship to usa

they look very simple to make

says its a 3 inch stretch
you have to take into account the stock engine mount is maybe 4 inches away from the engine
so even though these look long
take away the stock engine mount length and then thats what you end up with

I recognize the rubber things used I think I know where to get those
if they are really needed
maybe a chunk of heater hose or something could do the same thing who knows

here is an entire kit with rear shock mounts
again looks like 3 inch
Image

not sure if I would make the mount like this, but I guess it works

and im guessing this is the engine stretch, maybe this is 6 inches?
