Yep free road tax for some small cars but all two wheelers must pay.
Blatantly unfair.

Went out for my first ride last night. Out the back of my village on the winding country roads. Got slightly lost as the villages around here need better signposting but luckily a nice couple with a pram pointed me safely home :D

The tape is indeed reflective and the width is 9.5-10mm which was the widest I could get in the UK.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Reflective-Whit ... e+rim+tape

Although the listing is for 16-19 inch wheels other PCX owners including Maddiedog recommended this tape on another forum so I decided to give it a try.
