Don't mean this to be personal, but are you 'heavy'? I'm a streak of piss which is probably why I don't get mine below 90mpg. Dan, your experience is the exact opposite of what people have usually said on the forum. Generally, people get the same or better mileage with the 150, and more top-end. It's likely because the bike's still being broken in.

Reading this and several other posts, people have mentioned that the PCX is restricted to a certain top end.
Is this true? or is it in certain countries?
Cause that would suck if the 150 isn't any faster than the 125.

It varies depending on who you talk to -- there was a huge outrage over this on the clubpcx forum.

At the time the 150 was released there was no incentive to restrict either it or the new eSP version 125
Initially the 125 was restricted due to EU licencing regs which were changed.
But.....
All the restriction chat is pointless, the sad truth is that the 150 only has 10kw, about 13.5hp, which is 10% short of what a decent 125 has.
