Well doesn't matter now, over and done with, his insurance is paying to get my Bike sorted so yeah, over and done with, moving on :-) thanks for the comments and messages people, appreciate it :-)
Anyone else on here got any Video Footage of your rides? im subscribed to a lot on YouTube, only 1 PCX user though from London I think, dont think there are many others on PCX's.

Great news! I'm actually surprised they had insurance, being that so many don't and the way he drove. Hope the police prosecute him.

If you were further over to the right he would have had more time to see you.
If you were following at four seconds instead of two you would probably have had enough time to stop.

if I was wearing bright coloured clothes he might of seen me,
if I had bright Xenon lights he probably would of seen me (even though it was day time),
if I had a red carpet laid out in front of me then he might of seen me,
if I found out his number and rang him before he got in his Car to tell him i'd be at that street at that time then he might of been aware and seen me.

fair enough, but I was riding fine, and to be honest 3 seconds is quite a bit of time to see someone straight in front of you! he also turned too soon to even get in to the street he wanted to go in to, a Car could of been turning out of that street and he wouldn't of known and would of gone in to that, as he turned in a rush pretty much after the Car he passed, and too soon to get into the street, so yeah, a Car could of been coming out and indicating to go left to go up where I was heading, and he would of went into it, as he wasn't paying attention and turned too soon, obviously too distracted.

I'd of uploaded it but it is way too long..

basically my Camera flew off the Helmet due to the impact, that fell on the floor and you can hear me saying 'what the f*ck was that' and then he was saying I came out of nowhere lol like a magician *POOF*, and then a Lollipop lady and other woman came over, one of them was telling me to sit down, told me to go and sit on my Bike Seat which was on the floor, obviously after it ejected me from the Bike due to the safety mechanism it has lol and she rang the Ambulance, I got her to take my Camera and go around his Car with it, to get his Plate number and the damage of his Car, which was just the side of his Bumper, new Bumper and he'd be on his way again.... I was trying to walk to pick up bits of my Bike after saying 'my Bike! its basically new' lol was more gutted about that to be honest, the effort and money i've put into it so far and so on, and obviously being out on it daily.... he said a few times then that it was his fault and 'I messed up', obviously then got him to write his details down.... Ambulance came, checked over me, the woman kindly put my Bike in the back of her People Carrier and took it to my house for me along with my Helmet (I kept my Camera on me), i'm going to take her some Flowers and chocs when i'm better to say thanks, will also stop and see the Lollipop lady when i'm back well and riding again to say thanks....

but yeah, nothing much else on there, just a lot of Camera moving noise and waiting around for the Ambulance and Police.

@JoJo87 - The footage of you saying "WTF" would have been sufficient. I had to do a little research to find out what a lollipop lady was. Lol. Where I live people seemed to get killed on motorcycles too often. Someone I know got killed this summer. I'm just glad you are all right. Most of the roads by me are 50 or more mph. With lots of traffic.

Here is someone else I nearly got hit by the other week....
the fact he did actually slow down nearly to a stop at the give way lines, but seen me and just carried on again :-/
obviously I slowed down to make the turn so had time to brake as he came out,
but he braked quickly right in front of me,
put his hands up twice to say sorry.

I love watching the movies but I am confused by the way traffic flows over there. What do the zig zag lines mean, and it looks like sometimes cars are going in the wrong lane or have to cross you to get in the correct lane. I know. I'm an American and we drive on the other side of the road, but still, some of those videos look confusing. Maybe that is why you were hit in the first (or was it the last???) video. You weren't in the wrong. It just looks like there is a bit of confusion on the roads where you ride. Too many lines going too many directions.

No confusions with the crash, only way is up and down, I was going up, he was coming down, I was turning to go into 1 side road, he was turning to go into another side road, but he clearly just turned too fast and not looking what was already there in the lane before he turned.

Not seen the vid in question but zig zag lines are where you can not overtake, as you are close to a pedestrian right of way.

Bringing all the videos back... i've just had to go through them all and ad my intro and put titles at the beginning of each clip....
think I had about 58 videos total, got about 17 left to do but the newest ones are done (just doing the older ones now)
i'll have even newer ones starting from next week when I get the Bike :-)
