Waaaah, I miss Florida! Blue skies up above and Even the Live Oak Moss (a sure sign of being in the south). Nice pics Dudley!

tacos al pastor.
thinly sliced layers of pork onion pineapple and lamb.
cooked on the gyro spit.

hmmm, interesting combo. I was close :D Is the tacos al pastor "ready to eat" in the pic? Sounds tasty but looks a bit (pause)...odd.

Oh contrairre Pierre. Pineapple adds a certain sweetness to most meat dishes. I even spritz my smoked meats with pineapple and Capt'n Morgans during the smoke

Ever BBQ a pineapple with cinnamon.????? Yummmmm!
