I have tried several different top boxes and I just keep going back to my milk crate.

Mounted a quick release plate to attach the white hard case I made to the milk crate and bolt the toe of the case to the passenger foot peg.

Made a varnished top for the milk crate

Made a custom base for the sea b que. This base clamps onto the base of the milk crate.

The BBQ slides into the rails on the base and clamps down solid.

The side case holds a variety of long items, rifle, fishing rods, camera tripod.

Now I just have to see how long it takes for me to get pulled over by the police.

just need a rocket launcher ...

Hmmm...where do you load that thing?!

I must say that I have never seen so much "stuff" on such a little bike, but at least it is organized.

Next on the list: JATO rockets! That way you can get where you are going much quicker!

You're also a risk taker too. We see that you're carting Lotsa stuff behind you and aside you. So that has me questioning: What's the weight of all the parts attached? And then used/full?

From threads you've written in the past I'm aware that speed is Not involved while you travel to from your destinations --> That you're a country roadside enjoy-life-rider that wouldn't be caught on high speed roadways with "all of that." I feel a little better acknowledging that (wipes brow).

However, for the sake of everyone reading here, and for sake of everyone's Safety here's this, read in
my 2015 PCX owner's manual:

Maximum weight capacity (includes rider, passenger, all luggage and accessories): 355 lbs.
Maximum luggage weight: (center compartment: 22 lbs. - front box: 2 lbs.) Not to exceed: 29 lbs

After all that's said, I'm very impressed by what you've conjured up to suit Your needs. Amazing.

Thanks for the feedback, I never thought about the implications on others here. Don’t want to steer somebody wrong. Too many how to load a scooter videos for me. The photo below is just one example of many!!

However for reference I have investigated my weights.

Milk crate 4lbs, lid 2lbs

Side case empty 15lbs, loaded 30lbs weight is shared between foot peg and milk crate

BBQ board weight is clamped to milk crate base for stability

BBQ and board 25lbs and weight is solely on pillion seat.

I have done several hundred Kim’s with the side case, loaded and empty and can honestly say that even at 90kmph which is our top speed around here, I really don’t notice it. I suspect that the aerodynamics of it and its lower Center of gravity contribute to this.

Hopefully soon I will get out for a BBQ picnic

That all said you are right Whitenoise, I like the slower back roads. Call it Sights, Sounds, Smells (SSS) riding. That is the purpose of my set up. If I am on a highway, it’s for a short jaunt till I get to a country road.

Looking at that picture of "family out in the family vehicle" makes me wonder how that thing turns without losing family members!

Oh, I don't know. ...Walmart bag hanging from the front purse hook is pretty classy luggage, too. A 6 pc matched set of bags can be hung from so many places on a scooter.
It's a tough call...
