Like most self-maintaining scooter owners, I picked up some good points on disassembling the PCX's driven face from the video by the gent in sandals.
I just don't trust my sandals (Or even my shoes!) that much. The orchids are just toooo precious.

I figured that using my spare tire would be safer and easier, and it was:

I loosened the nut using a strap & a crescent wrench.

Then, using some wood from the scrap box I shimmed the clutch to the right height, leaned on the tire and safely and easily removed the nut. The weight kept the assembly compressed without me. (Handy if a Grizzly wanders by)

Slowly lifted the wheel

Reassembly worked fine in reverse. Yah! :D

Hope this helps somebody.

ha ha hah. That's Great.

I did the 2 feet on the clutch assembly and slowly step off. These Contra's dont have compression like a car spring or something lol
