Rust in disc

Hi fellow riders, my machine is new, it's only on 500km . Today i noticed some rust on front disc and some are starting to develop on rear as well, what might be the reason. I cover my machine while parking.

Many rotors are made of ferrous material that will have flash rust on areas that are not swept by the brake pads.

Not got anything like that on my 7 year old PCX rotor, and that's with London's dirty salty roads and all year riding. There may be odd little bits, but not to that extent.

It happens…..scrub it clean with a wire brush, emery cloth or the like and paint on something like this with a small paint brush:
