I would like to install a throttle lock device for long rides as my hands cramp over some time. Anyone experience cramping and have a solution . I am thinking a cruise control device would help. Any ideas appreciated

I would not want any type of a locking device on my bikes.
For the obvious reasons !!!
I have used one of these for many years, have them on all my bikes except the Forza which is used for town and so throttle position varies all the time.

Works well. Stops wrist fatigue and that caused by a constant grip on the throttle.

I would not use a locking device without an instant disengagement feature , and then I would only use it on long sustained highway runs.I think its a nice option to have available.

Agree 100% - you want to be looking for a button in a panic stop ???
They do make electronic cruise controls for bikes.
Work the same as the ones in cars.
Pricey tho'

Google search reveals all - I have no experience with any on a bike. Use the palm rest model as I pictured above for years. Simple, cheap, works great

I tried the palm rest for a while, I never could get comfortable while using it. But it was probably just me.

I had the palm rest some years ago too. Wasnt a good fit for me either. Looking for something a little bit better. Internet shows quite a few designs however thought I would inquire on here for first hand experience.
