Cup Holder Recomendations?

I believe this topic was covered before, but I don't believe it was covered for what I want.

I would like to have a handlebar mount cup holder that would hold my Large sweet ice tea from Chickafilet or Mcdonalds.

I saw someone open their fuel door and put a cup in there, but I wouldn't do it. I also saw someone use a bicycle cup holder. I have one on my bicycle t has a 3 inch diameter. I got it at Walmart, I think. It is just a round piece of metal with a tightening bolt attached to it so you can attach it to your handlebars. Should work on the big gulp cups.

Rob,
The is a big cup holder called "The Butler" that is a bit expensive but the larger cup is 34oz. You'd just have to transfer the drink, but you'd always have a cup and matching holder regardless of what you bought.

That one is cool. It could definitely work.

Thanks Willajabir

I use a RAM Mount cup holder. It works great and holds up to a 32 oz carryout cup.

(Not the best pic)

Here is a link to the type of cup holder we have. As for putting the cup in the fuel door area, I have seen people use it there and forget to remove the cup when they got off, which ended up with their foot hitting the door and...they had to replace the door after a lot of cussing and moaning.

Yeah, I tried the fuel door thing and had that problem. It bent the bracket that holds the fuel door. So I gave up on that idea. The bracket wasn't bent to badly, so I straightened it when I had the center console off recently. It pops open, but doesn't open all the way. I may go ahead and order a new bracket. I don't think they're expensive.

Can you give us a pic of where you have this nice! Walmart cup holder mounted.

Oh..., I thought it was something More Than that (the obvious reason). I am the peep here that has the water bottle sitting on the petrol lid (no odor/leak fears) and it is well supported/held in place. Being anal, I've been aware of it's presence so far (hard to miss Not seeing it really). Pretty much about being careful whilst mounting and dismounting. I'm up'n'over (so far) :P

Good you pointed that out Mel ;)

Bet marine stores have something in stainless or basic plastic. I know of a fold out/flip down type holder too. I recently mounted one on my Mom's wheelchair (put it on one of its vertical front bars). Works like a dream, and the bottle/cup holder part is adjustable. Very snug too.
Let me find a picture. I'll be back

Here is a picture of the cup holder I installed on our PCX. It is the bicycle one I was talking about earlier.

Looks better than I thought it would.
Is that paw prints on your leg shields?

Yup. Paw prints go well with us. We have 2 Jack Russell Terriers. We had 3 until early December. There just aren't any other dogs like them, and we love ours. :-)
